size of sports bra????

hello :)

just a quick question as i am havin BA on sunday, im currently a 34b and having 400cc unders and just wondered what size sports bra i should buy for after the op? i have read posts on here that many ppl say get a few diff sizes because i no no one can be sure, but what sizes about should i be buying as a guide?

I think you probably need to ask your PS or PC as they will know the best answer.
However, in my opinion, if i were you, I would buy a 34E and a 34DD.
You may swell up too, so a strap expander is a good idea too xx

Hey hun. I had 410 overs from a c ish cup.

I bought a 34/36DD 34/36E and 34/36F and I wear the 36E at night and and 34E in the day. But I wear the 34 DD if I'm wearing something and wanna bit of a clevage.

I took all the other back to asda.... Hope that gives u some direction chick xxxx

I would check with your surgeon. But you will probably need a 34 and a 36 band (for swelling) or a bra extender. I had 410cc and my surgeon told me to take a 34E with me, I also took a 34D/DD and 36DD
