Re: please help me!
I have just written an email to my old surgery to ask why nobody made any effort to ever contact me and tell me I had PIPS. I will be very interested in their response and if I find out I have ruptures then I will be taking legal action against them. Not because they sold me cheap dangerous implants but because they totally neglected to contact me and warn me that they were withdrawn.

Re: please help me!
Hey Yetti
Just caught up with this, so sorry to hear your news. Regarding the medical document you found last night, like you have said before you have a bad habit of trying to self-diagnose, try and avoid this if you can, it'll only push your stress levels up, and as you probably know a little knowledge can do a lot of damage in situations like this.
You come across as a really strong and confident lady, let that side of you shine, trust your PS and I'm sure that you're new boobs will be great. It's great to see that you've got your homour (mojo) back already. Keep strong, get your re-op done and when you're fighting fit, then give your previous clinic & PS hell - maybe a bit of bad publicity is just what the Doctor ordered.
Revenge is a dish best served cold, let your temper cool, relax and recover and then let 'em have both barrels.
In the meantime - NEW BOOBS SOON - YEHHHHH!!! xxx

Re: please help me!
Sorry to read about this Yettiricey, it's always a panic when you first find out about things like this. But like you said until you know what you are dealing with, you can't tie yourself in knots. It's good that you have your op booked to have them removed, so that's a big positive. At least your not at the start of finding this out and then having to wait for appointments etc....
I'm hope that you'll be fine and they'll whip out those nasty PIP's and everything will be just how you want it.
Take care xx

Re: please help me!
thanks Chicksville.
Yes I'm so relieved that my op is already in place. I must say my surgeon this time is fantastic and I emailed some questions to his secretary this morning and he mailed me back himself. He has really helped in putting my mind at rest as I really panicked yesterday. I had read so many times on here about poor girls with PIPS being removed etc but never really knew much about PIPS so when I heard that I had them I just was so shocked!!!!

Re: please help me!
I breast fed two babies and after my boobs settled back they were left saggy and lumpy. Then i had a consultation and the surgoen found a lump but in was my rib through my breast tissue!
If i squeeze my right boob i can fell little hard lumps but they are nothing to worry about. If I have implants you wont see the lumps but you still maybe able to feel them.
Great isn't it x

Re: please help me!
Me neither but it's just like little knots in the breast tissue. Don't get me wrong, I don't have boobs like lumpy custard, just little things in the tissue that you can't see.
