Booked with Dr Khan!!
Hello ladies,
Wow... I haven't posted here in a little while. Got caught up in quite a few hectic life issues. Went to the Maidstone clinic today to see Dr Khan. Last year I went to see Barbara Lutz who offered me 260cc which I felt wasn't enough. After months of research and thinking I'm finally ready to make the jump and get it done. Was initially thinking April for my surgery but I had to think realistically and get it done once I finish University in May. So come May 27th I should have brand new boobies! I really liked Dr Khan, he's abrupt but polite and funny. I'm slightly nervous that I'm going to look like I have stuck on boobs though. He's offered me 340cc (overs) for my 32B breasts. My breasts are "breasty" (haha) he said and I don't have much give in them (i.e. no stretch etc). So he's recommended that I rub in body butter to my breasts every night before the operation to prevent stretch marks. Any tips on this at all? Products? Creams etc.? Eeek... getting nervous at the thought now!

Re: Booked with Dr Khan!!
Hey hun. I went with Mr Khan. I also really liked him! Congratz on booking ur BA.
I used palmers cocoa butter as its good for the preparing the skin to be stretched (pregnant women use it) and it reduces stretch marks :-)
I've always used it and had to go the furst week after my BA with none of it :-( but woooooo I finally got to use it again last night! Xxxx

Re: Booked with Dr Khan!!
So glad it went well for you and that you're happy with the result. I'm also hoping for an E but whether I'll achieve that with only 340cc who knows! I'm going for a day case so hoping it'll be relatively pain free! Can't swallow tablets so painkillers will be an interesting experience... might have to resort to drinking calpol :P xxxx

Ahhhhhh hun I can't swallow tablets either! I've been in calpol 6+ since thursday :-)
Tuesday and Wednesday I mashed their painkillers up into powder, stirred it in with jam and spread it on biscuits :-) same as the anti biotics!!
Then thursday onwards its been calpol all the way! That's the only bad thing I have to say is at my pre op I requested soluable and was promised I would be given them at the hospital. But I could tell the nurse at my pre op wasn't making note of this so I wasn't surprised when the hospital told me they hadn't een informed of this. Xxxx
