300 or 340

Hi girls,

I was just wondering if anybody has the same stats as me and has had either a 300 or 340 overs? help

I have my BA on Wednesday and STILL so undecided about which to go for... and I'm running out of time... eeek! LOL :dunno:

Hello Shell,

I am 5ft 5 and 8st 12lb i have had 300cc unders i was a 34b and i am currently wearing a 32d sports bra (although this is very tight i am going to see if i can change it on tuesday). Everybody is different so i suggest go with what you think you will be happy with, maybe visit the site that one of the girls found to try different sizes.

Hi I had 340 overs but was offered 300 at first, there isn't too much difference but I'm so glad I went for the slightly bigger option as they def look smaller once done then they did in my hand in the ps office! I actually wish after I'd seen the 340's and thought they were perfect and then gone for say a 360 or something, but it's still early I guess. I'm currently wearing a 30/dd or 32d or 34c sports bras as my weight goes up or down so much, between 8st 7 and 8st 13! 5ft 5. X

Hey girls... thanks for your feedback...

I keep swaying with my decision... I don't want the 300s to be too small but I don't want the 340's to be to big either LOL even tho there's not really too much difference between the sizes...

Mr Adamo said that if I get the 340s I'll have to be careful not to lose too much weight as my boobies might look fake and rippling might occur... and I defo intend on losing this stone I've gained!

hey shell at first i was offered 340s n 300s but didnt want to go big , so after another consulation he then gave me the choice of 260 300 , was still freaked the 300 would make me to big to round etc , so i took the safer bet of 260 , im happy with how size looks at the moment but its really early days im wearing 34D sports bra maybe i should of took the chance of 300 as there prob wouldnt have been much difference ,
id go with what you feel happy with , good luck with your decision , mine was right up to the day on which size to choose xx

My surgeon is bringing both sizes on the day (luckily)!

Did you try all of the implants again on the day?

Hi Shell,
I had 300cc over's and can fit a 34c & 32d sports bra. I started with a smaller cup size than you though and weigh 2 stones less. You will definately get a full C with 300cc, but if your use to wearing padded bra's you will only look as big as how u currently do. That's my opinion...I look slightly bigger now (in clothes), but no one has really noticed the change & i went up 2 cup sizes.
There really isn't much difference with 40cc, i think if you have a choice, then go for the bigger option as a lot of people always wish they chose a bigger size....

no i didnt get to try again , which was a shame really , wen he came to see me he just asked if i had made my mind up on size and that was it choice made , when he came back later in the evening he did say i had made the right choice for my sizing , on the day it happens so quickly and its all done before you know it , whatever you choose im sure you will be happy with xx

Hi shell. I am roughly the same stats as you, 5'2 and 9 stone. I had 340 overs. I was initially offered 300cc and was happy with that when I tried them on at consultation but on the day surgeon suggested we go up to 340 and I'm very glad I did. It's not a huge difference and I'd say if you're worried about them not being big enough to go for the larger size. I was a 32b pre op and am currently wearing a 32f bra, just over 6 months post op.

As your surgeon will be taking both sizes into surgery with him, why not take a pic with you to the hospital of the size and shaped boobs you want, you'll have time on the day of your surgery to further discuss what size you want as he'll come visit you before you go into theatre to go through everything with you, so show him the pic and then leave it up to him on the day to give you the look you're after sweetness, this will give the surgeon a better idea of what you want from actually 'seeing' it as surgeons work in volume rather than 'cup sizes'. xx
