...but I am not sure if i am happy :dontknow: I know they are supposed to be up round my collarbones for a while, but i am sure i have seen other unders girls with less "up there" boobies? I went for my appointment yesterday and he said that the fullness at the top was swelling! **naughty word** hell, I thought it was implant! If I put my hands over the swelling at the top, there isnt much boob underneath if that makes sense, surely there is a little more implant in there somewhere i had 420s! I am also really disappointed with the lack of side boobage. It was my main wish really for fullness to even out my large booty. He said that because of my breast width the 420 was the widest implant i could have which would give me the fullness i wanted, but there is absolutely no side boobage AT ALL ):O Have a look and see what you think, but please don't tell me it will all be okay, i need honest opinions please. I know i have at least another six months for realistic results, but i don't see how they are gonna be what i wanted! Sorry for the rant and please excuse the post ga belly, its huge lol x

Wow! They are high. I'm no expert as I'm pre-op but if it is actually swelling at the top that should go down and give u a nice slant rather than the swelling bulge.

I can see what you mean about the side boobage tho.

I don't know what advice to give u. But I'm 100% sure one of the girls can suggest something.

Hey hunny, i know everyone will say to you that its very early days especially for unders, but it is, lol. I guess they are gonna change sooooo much over the next few weeks/months and they still are gonna be very swollen. I hope they start to soften soon and start to take shape for you, im sure they'll shape up just how you want them, im sure your ps knows exactly what you wanted them to look like and im sure this is the result you'll get, sending you hugs hunni!!!xxxxx

hi hun i had no side boobage at 5 days none at all now i have loads they really stick out for the side now u have to give it time mine were just like yours now they look alot bigger they have to drop relax and fluff btw most peeps have them high up like that with unders if u had mhp they should stick out when they drop xxx

I agree with nat, as they go down they will fill up the bottom and the sides. It's true, they look quite high right now but to different degrees we all had them very high at the beginning. It takes time hun, just be patient and you'll love them soon xx

Thanks girls, in my heart i knew what you are all saying is right, but it is so disconcerting when you catch sight of yourself in the mirror! I also don't want anyone to see me cos i look rather deformed so am finding myself constantly covering myself up! Anyway thanks for the replies, I will just have to be patient lol! Still trying to figure out how to tell my mother! How is it possible to be scared of your mum when you are 31?

Oh hunny..i know what u mean, im sure all these girls on here are right and in a few weeks time youll be posting about how much better they are. They will take time to drop and settle into place, my pics dont look the same as I had much smaller implants than you at at the moment im still **naughty word** strapped up!!!! lol.

Could i have your password please? im a little different as ive had overs but mine are still really high from side view they look rediculous and each day when i move my arms they seem to have popped out a little further at the side so im sure yours will start to fill out soon aswell x x

Although they're a little high at the moment, they're certainly no higher than pics I've seen of others at this stage in the healing process so please try not to worry I'm sure as the swelling starts to go they'll drop down nicely into the pocket and give you the shape you're after xx

As I'm still pre-op I don't have first hand experience of the healing process, but from what I have read and other pics I have seen on here, they are gonna change loads and gravity will do it's thing and they will start to drop a bit, it just takes a few weeks. xx

All I can say hun is OH WOW!! they are just gonna be perfect!! honestly, I've seen so many pics of boobs now, they are at a normal developing stage, I promise!! They are high up and swollen yes, but this is partly due to them being unders, and for some reason unders always start off by being so swollen and squre shaped! Just imagine as they are dropping, all of the swelling above will fill out bellow and look fantastic!!

:lol: Thanks for letting me see. Can only reitterate what you n others have said really. Yes they are high up BUT they will drop and it does seem like you have quite a bit of swelling as soon as ur skin loosens up n the swelling goes u will notice alot of changes.

Hi, I agree it's a waiting game and I am not a patient person either..but if you've had your check-up and been given the ok then you know that it is just swelling that will go down. 420 is quite a big implant so they will drop and settle (prob outwards as well) and I'm sure they will look fab once you're there. I've heard by 6 weeks all swelling should be gone..

Hope you're feeling ok, rant away, that's what this site's for I think!
