[b][i] Heya girls, Im booked in with MYA on the 19th of April with Dr Chantrasak. Im currently a 32B but only 5ft 3 ... I want to LOOK a DD so probs wear an E cup. However I do not now what size to have. Ive never had children so have quite tight skin and only 21. But i dunt want to go to big where i make myself look fat. Im having High Profile Over the muscles to. xxxx Cheerleader

I am no expert in sizes but i think 410 will prpbably be big enough for your frame especially as you are having overs as they are more rounded on the body, try and have a look at other girls with similar frames as you to get an idea but everyone is different. Good luck xx

hey hun, have you showed your ps pics of how you want to look? did he offer you both those sizes? If he feels you could wear both those sizes I always say go the bigger... first of all there isnt a huge difference between the two and second most of us wish we went bigger even when we do pick the bigger size.

have you considered unders if you want a more natural look? my surgeon wouldn't go any bigger as he doesnt do big boobs lol, but mine are perfect for rmy size i only had 300cc. But like sarah most girls wish they had gone bigger but you gotta be sure what you want hun

No i didnt show any pics but I explained to them .. But think I really need to go speak to the surgeon .. Not sure if he will even give me 460s yet my PC said she'll have a word with him but she said he wont do them if they wont look natural as he has a very good reputation and wont ruin it lol. Which i suppose is good to know lol xxx

Well when i asked am i having over or unders he said overs.. Think thats becoz i havent got ne empty space to fill or maybe becoz i havent got a natural clevage lol not to sure tbh.. Ive heard such good things about Dr Chantrasak and seen lots of his "work" lol and they look fab, so i sort of just went with what he offered i did push him to get 410s lol,, xxx

Hi, my PS only offered me 380s and when I asked him just before my op if it would def bring me up to a DD he looked at me like I was crazy and said yes, definately. I only had my BA last week so I have no idea of the final size, but if I could do it again, I would push for a bigger size as they don't look big enough to me (prob a big C / small D at the moment).
If you want bigger boobs I would say bite the bullet and push for the biggest size he'll give you, it's your money and your BA. However, bear in mind that he physically might not be able to get much more than 410s in, so don't be too upset if he says no.

I had 410 overs on tuesday. Very early stages but I'm nicely filling out an E sports bra :-) everyone does end up differently though xxxxx

Hi Naomi im in exactly same position as you at the moment I cant decide on the 410 or the 460! Although I have got a while until I decide.. I have a friend who has just had a 420 implant put in so I will let you know how they look when I see her, hopefully will give me a better idea! x x x

btw, personally I think augmented boobs rarely make people look fat, they tend to make the waist look more nipped in to be honest xx

I dont think bigger is always better, and dont look at if for the money. I think its always a gamble. But more than likely you will love what you have, even if you wish you went a little bigger. You will never be completly statisfied with your body, that is just how women well actualy men too, really are. We always want more than what we have. But think about it no matter what you will be bigger than what you were.

I guess I just in the same boat, Im preBA I cant decied if I want 390cc or 410cc, but I guess they arent too different, well thats what I was told.

But honestly I think you will be happy with either or :thumbs:

Hi, I'm in same position too lol. And I thought i was the indecisive one. It's like one of the girls that said 410 and 460 not that much of a difference. I reckon she right, but to me Im worried if that difference would tip the balance. I'm 5'2 and 32a/b one bigger, cos got 2kids my breast are empty. Im thinking of dr Singh at mya. But think I need another chat with him to be sure of size, I thought 460 would be too big for me, and he offered overs. And because I enjoy running prob 460cc too much. But then it just takes u back to wat sarah said, there prob not that much difference between the two. I'm hoping to be same size too about dd/e. Let me no wat u decide. I reckon this is hardest part out of the whole thing,

Looks like we all having a 410/460 dilema lol!!! Im exactly the same! If it will fit without looking crazy fake i will go for 460! Will decide tomorrow at my pre op! Good luck with your descision hun. Hope it goes well.

Good luck with your pre-ops and choices, remember you are all different and everybodys look will be different.

I'm still happy with mine even though I'm only 7 day post-op if I feel they aren't big enough I look at what I had before. (Done this a lot today)

Hey Girls

I had the same desicion to make and im glad i went with the 410 in the end - ive been in a 34dd, 34d and now seem to be comfy in a 34E ... 2 and a half weeks post op. I have a few tiny sretch marks already so im glad i wasnt greedy as bigger is definatly not always better. xxx
