Not happy with my boobs!!

Had my ba 3 weeks ago, everything went smoothly, the pain is all forgotten and everything that side of things is dandy...apart from I'm not happy with them :/ I really was expecting them to be bigger, even as soon as i peeked down after my op i felt disappointed but decided to recover and see how i felt. 3 weeks on, they look 'ok', i know i shouldn't be trying bras on whilst still wearing my support bra but i've needed to see what they look like with an under-wire on...even though it's an old one and doesnt exactly fit!! I had unders but i just don't seem to have the volume i was hoping for, i was hoping for natural but noticable, their just not noticable enough for me I'm seeing the surgeon next week and i'm going to tell him my concerns but just feels like I've wasted 4 and a half thousand pounds and don't have the money to do it all again Feeling very deflated............

At 3 weeks post-op you're STILL very much recovering hun, you have so many changes ahead of you yet! Your breasts at 3 weeks post-op haven't 'fully' recovered sweetie, they've a long way to go till they've fully dropped and settled, filling out the lower pole and giving more forward projection allowing bras to fit better and create a much better look than you'll be getting before they've had time to settle, of course you should ALWAYS at consultation make all concerns you might have to you surgeon and ensure they're noted but sweetie, you really are VERY early in your recovery, give your boobs time to fully heal, you might find you feel very different then. xx

Hey sweetie, I am 3 MONTHS post-op and my boobs are still changing and the muscle is still to completly relax (I had unders too).

Not what you want to hear, I know, but it's WAY too early to even guess what your end result will be.

Nearly all of us get hit by the boob greed monster at some stage, it's perfectly normal, did you photograph your boob journey? When I start to feel alittle down about size I look back at my pre and post op piccies or better still try on one of my old bra's which is always worth a giggle

Just remember hun, what we see is often different to how they really look x

Good advice from everyone so far. You are so early in the process you have lots of changes to come. Patience is a virtue with BA's (easier said than done I know)

I was talked out of having 300cc and went for 260cc as I wanted a more natural look. I am kicking myself right now but to be honest I think I would be kicking myself if everyone I met from now on asked me if they were real. It's different for everyone of course. Also I am only on day 4 so to even guess what they will end up looking like would be silly it seems. I'm going to wait a while before I kick my OH and PS for convincing me to go smaller ;o)

I have, on the other hand, just looked at my pre op pictures and seen exactly how tiny I was before and I much prefer the new ones even at this point!

I just can't wait for the summer and for the point when they are properly settled. I am sure you will feel a lot happier when all that happens too :o)

Thanks ladies, its amazing how different you feel when you've read others' responses! I did have a couple of pics pre ba but they seem to have disappeared off my phone although the clinic took pre ones and will have post op taken in 3 weeks....get to see my old ones then....not so lucky me!! I think I just keep getting a couple of down moments still but the boobie blues are definitely gone
Plinkabob, if your surgeon talked you out of bigger then I'm sure they know best, mine did too! Its a long old road I guess until they really settle but I just remember how they were before and it does bring a smile to my face :boobchick: Thanks my lovelies, much appreciated x x

im still in the decision side of 260 / 300 and i was set on the 260 but now having second thoughts after reading everyones different comments im a small b atm and having overs but i dont want to big .

I can only agree with what everyone has said. Give them a bit longer, your boobs will look different in 3 months time

I had 375cc in one and 335cc in the other to even them out, i was a small C cup before and I'm wearing a dd sports bra but they just dont seem big....i had a vision of what i wanted but just doesn't seem to be what I want :/ Maybe it's because I'm living in a shapless, under-wired bra 24/7 but i would like them to be how i wanted whilst I'm topless! I dunno....i'll just stick with it and see how it goes xx

Oh no that doesnt sound good :-( did you have unders as this surgeon doesnt like doing anything else. I hope i am happy with mine we agreed on 300cc on both as im very even but i am thinking of asking for more as we pay alot of money for them and i dont want to be disappointed, and if i have a little bigger then hopefully will be okay.

Keep you spirits up and hopefully they will sort themselves out..

Well, I have measured them (very naughty) and apparently I am a B cup! There is no way I will be after they have settled though. I wanted to be a big C small D and I just don't see it happening. I was 32a to start and have had 260 hp overs which should make me roughly 2 sizes bigger. If I end up a B I will cry!

sorry to hear you're feeling like that!! I've been feeling that way as well and I think its so completely normal. We go from having nothing at all, and we think that getting "implants" (regardless of the size) is going to make us look "huge" and we're going to have to spend ages getting used to them, and that makes us reserved so we choose our implant size conservatively whilst not realising that we are overestimating the end result... at least that's how I felt about the whole process after I'd reflected on it.

I think for me, it's just been about acceptance. my boobs don't look as big as I thought they would, but they're a whole lot better than they ever were. I can fill out clothes now that I never could before, and I'm not flat chested any more. I know there are loads of changes to come, so I'm trying to be patient and when I feel like they're small I just stick on a vest top that shows my cleavage and I'm thrilled again.

I think small-chested girls are pro's at dressing up to make themselves look a lot bigger, so when we've softened and stuff we're going to be able to make them look killer!!!

I just wanted to post to let you know that you're not alone, and hopefully in a few months we will both be on here telling other girls how thrilled we are with our new additions!!!

If it help plinkabob I had 340 overs and had a 34D sports bra put on after surgery I had 34DD sports bra aswell and by week 2 had to swap to this size as the other was now too small and week 3 I had to go buy 34E and to be honest that now feels tight but I'm gonna try to wait the two weeks until I can get measured and bra proper bras . You think they cant get bigger as at first they are swollen etc but remember they are also tight and squashed in very tight skin . I bet you are not a B cup by the time you can purchase your lovely new bras ;-)

Plinkabob, there's no way you've gone up to only a B... I've seen the pics, they are lovely, they look at least a C! Once they drop and can squish about you'll def be bigger.

I can wait to squish mine and put them in a lovely in your face bra !! Support/sports bras are soooooo unflattering

I had my BA 5 weeks ago. If I look down at them, my boobs look really small. But when I look at a photo of them, out of the surgical bra, in a low cut top, they look absolutely gigantic. I'm wondering whether that may be the case for you- yours are looking fabulously big in your avatar. Also my PS struggled to get 380s into me. Just wondering whether that may have been the same for you because from your avatar your boobs look perfect.

Yes I did have unders, i also had a slight sag but nothing dramatic. This surgeon wouldn't do an uplift because I'm diabetic, i didn't want one anyone and i didn't want my nips being touched I had 375cc in my left and 335cc in my right to even me out, i'd definitely say go a little larger but obviously i dont know what your body shape is like so be careful. Maybe go to 375, not a huge leap but ever little helps xx

Good morning linzi, I had mine done 9 days ago but Dr Fransesco wouldn't go bigger he was not too keen to put 300cc in saying this was big for my skin frame etc, so I stuck with it as he is the professional. I am still happy with them I sometime think they aren't big enough then I remember what I was like before and I know once they have settled and I can wear flattering bra they will look great I just got to be patiant :(

Oh sorry I must have caught a glimpse of another profile, didn't realise you'd had them done Well i was so comfortable after my consultation with Dr Fransesco that I decided that he knew best! My first consult was over within 20 mins, tried one size 460cc and they were going over! Suppose i didnt question that one much as it was all new to me! Dr F said if i'd of gone with that then within about 6 years they would be sagging quite dramatically I'm not sure how i feel about mine, it really doesn't help wearing this nasty granny bra as i call it, not long until i get measured and buy a pretty bra! I do really wish they were slightly bigger though, i know about the dropping and fluffling but it's not going to take them to how i imagined them! Although Dr F showed me the pics of my old boobs the other day, brought a tear to my eye...can't believe I lived with them so long :tears: How are you feeling? Still quite sore i guess xx

Hey hun, I felt the same after having mine done. I always said that I didn't want big boobs just a nice full rounded pair. I always said I would be happy with a full C. As before I was a very small A. Anyway my PS recommend 300-340cc, after thinking about it for ages I decided I would rather go for the bigger size, so I told him this and he said that should be fine. Well when I woke up after surgery I was told that I had 295cc, as it was the biggest he could fit in my tight pockets. I felt a little disappointed as I wished they was a little bigger, but if it cant fit what can i do? Anyway I have boobs now and its a big improvement on what I was, I am wearing a 34C post op bra at the mo and filling it up, so cant really moan. I think looking at other girls on here has given me boob greed.lol.
People keep saying that they are a good size and suit my frame. I am feeling alot better about them now, just cant wait till they have soften up and that and hopefully FLUFF. Gotta give it a few months for them to settle so I will wait till then and I'm sure I will be happy.
In your picture yours look very big hun and a nice shape, so you should be pleased with them. Hope u do feel better about them. They still have alot of changing to do. Good luck. xxxx
