what size will i be?
hi,im new to here so i apologise if i write too much.
1st off i have pip implants. i am unsure if they have ruptured,i have experienced some deflation and sharp stabbing pains so i went to my doctors for him to refer me for and mri/ultrasound. he contacted me 4 weeks later, and told me the hospitals are not offering mri/ultrasounds as its not compulsive? but if i am that worried to go private? the cheapest i have found is £300!
i have been for a consultation with transform, the sugeon advised me if i am to have them replace to have 650cc to make a difference.
i was a 32b i had 390cc first opp which took me to 32dd, but now im measuring 32c/d :(
im wondering where can i go with regards to the pip implants ,and does anyone have any idea what size 650cc will take me to from a c/d cup? thanku

I dont know but I'm sure the girls would be able to help you more. I would say you should go up at least 3 sizes from what I've read on here. But the girls will know best.

Hi hun, so sorry to hear you are having problems and that the NHS are not willing to help you. I'm not sure where you should go re the pip implants although I would seek legal advice. I also know my breast were offering free Nagor implants with their BA's for girls who have PIP's.
As for cup size it could be a few cup sizes difference. Did you want to go much bigger?

Re: what size will i be?
im shopping around at the minute, found one with red rose, there doing an offer of £3,000 for patients with pip implants, which is the cheapest iv had up to now. their implants are eurosilicon, and offer a lifetime after care and lifetime warrenty. but not 100% now, as some of the comments iv read about them on some blogs havent been good :( i want to go up at least 2/3 cup sizes, and after having a baby i now have the room for bigger implants.

Re: what size will i be?
I've not heard of red rose before, how long is their lifetime aftercare. I think my breasts lifetime aftercare is 5-10 years depending on what goes wrong. Just remember lifetime never seems to mean lifetime. I did find this on implants
If you aren't sure though hun, just keep looking, there are a few good companies and surgeons out there, it's not always the money, as you know.
from James McDiarmid [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] about the implants so it's good to know a surgeon rates them well. I would think if you'd like to go up a few cup sizes the implant size offered will get you the look you are after. The safest manufacturers in my opinion are: Allergan, Mentor, Nagor, Eurosilicone (Polytech-Silimed).

Re: what size will i be?
they told me the implants have a lifetime warrenty, and a lifetime aftercare.i have visited the eurosilicon site but its all very basic to me. i have opted against this company now as the lady i spoke to told me from beginning to end the surgery is £3000. no matter what size implant i get she told me if i want to go bigger i can and that i should if im going through surgery agin. she told me if my implants are not ruptured its only a matter of time b4 they do? i called back the next day and spoke to a different lady who told me the total opposite! she said if i want to go bigger its an extra £500 and that theres no way the surgeon would give me a bigger implant he only does like for like as theres too many complications removing pip implants? this really really peed me off how 2 PA's working for the same surgeon can tell me two different things within hours of each other? i found my 1st surgeon who said he would replace them with allergan cui's 10 year guarentee and 3 year aftercare for £3,500. im thnking maybe going back to him as he is brilliant. any ideas? xx

Re: what size will i be?
Aw hun, decision decisions. I have the CUI's myself and am very happy. If you are happy with the surgeon and implants and aftercare then go with them.
Re: what size will i be?
i have done some more research on the allergan cui's and not too happy. most people are saying theyre not very good, to pay extra and go with allergan inspira? i am soo confused what implant is best/ most reliable as i dont want to be having to have these replaced in another 5 years? what is the difference between these two if they are made by the same company?
thanx u xx

The gel and the shell are different, I do plan to have mine replaced in 10-15 years so didn't mind the CUI's but if you plan to try to keep the same ones as long as you can then maybe the inspiras will be better for you and your peace of mind.
