Yeah it's weird isn't it, I thought the first thing they would of done was take pictures to because it would support the application. And they could determine the list of priority on the size difference,but I guess maybe the GPs agreement is enough? Seems weird that neither of our GPs have asked for pics although it states that you need them on my areas request form information. Oh well can't argue with the GPs, they know more than me! Yeah maybe it would be a good idea to look at the cost of private so your not too shocked of the cost if they say no. I might do the same

And to add too that, it's only been about a week since they told me
They were writing a letter.it's annoying thinking they probs haven't even started it yet but I feel as if I am being ungrateful for wanting them to hurry up because they are doing me a favour! :/

Thats what I think too! Dont want to seem rude but would be so much more helpful if I could have an answer now. I think they look at the GPs letter and if they declined on that then you can send photos and a personal statement in with your appeal, maybe?! GP really should of explained the process to us better!
I think that if I went private it wouldn't be a straight forward BA and the more I think about it I think I'd have to have an uplift on the bigger side, and I'm not sure they'd even fit anything in the smaller one, those tissue expanders seem a good idea. Without going think I'm expecting £5000 minimum :(. I might book an appointment with a couple in the next few months, it'll get be too excited tho! Xxxxx

Just to say when I started chasing things, I found the receptionists could often tell me whether or not letters had been sent. So it wasnt quite so bad as constantly hassling the GP!
