From what you have said I'm guessing as you have unders that they are actually in a partial under placement where the top of the implant is covered by the muscle but the bottom of the implant is just under the breast tissue. I'm assuming if it's dislodged then the top of the implant is no longer under the muscle and is moving about as it's no longer in the pocket or any pocket. I have not had this happen and not heard of it happening before. I am no expert and this may not be what has happened. It might be worth asking one of the surgeons on here if they have had any experience with this before. Sorry hun try not to worry too much. Hopefully your surgeon can put your mind at ease or rectify any problems you have with a re op.

I know when my boobs were healing in the early stages about 4 weeks, when I bent forward I had a horrible weird feeling in one boob that felt like the implant was falling forward, it used to make me feel queasy, and the other boob didn't do this so I was worried. Turned out that implants have to adhere (stick) to the pocket made by the surgeon, my one breast had done this straight away, but the other took a couple more weeks to do so.

I hope yours is something simple like this, but I'd still explain what you are feeling in your breast to the surgeons on here for their advice while you are waiting to see your surgeon.

Your surgeon will have the best idea, but I remember feeling the same as misf1 did, with the implants not feeling like they'd settled.

Worth getting a second opinion, just in case.
