Hi Laura, I had 420's extra high profile rounds (Allergans) and I'm definitely a DD at the moment although I think I could comfortably wear a 34E too.
I have fairly similar stats to yourself (see under my profile and also more in my signature - I think 360's would take you to a D or at a pinch a DD since you are having overs.

I would always check you are in the right bra size now ie measure around your ribs if they measure 34.5 - 36 inches you are a 36 band. If it's between 32.5 and 34 you are a 34 band etc. I had 410cc and went from a 32A to 32FF so the 350cc might get you to a D if you are a 36 band. Although you may need larger. Its definatly worth having another consultation.

i think it would get you to that size, but im wondering if youve got your starting size right, as a 36 band seems very wide for your height and weight

Welcome. This is a wonderful site and everyone is so friendly.
Anyway.... I am 40 with what I was always told I had a 34 a cup but just found out I was wearing the wrong size. my rib cage measures just over 29 under my breast and 34 when meausred around the nipples. I weigh about 114 pounds. I am 5'4.5" inches tall. I am either getting Allergan ST-FF120-335 or 27-FX120-360. Both are "gummy bear" tear drop shapped. They are going over the muscle. My surgeon said that going over the muscle with these implants will give a bit of a lift. I am aiming for a full C or small D cup.
Hope that helps.

Re: Please help,500cc silicone implants,High Profile
I would say it can be about 100cc a cup size so the 350 should get you to a D/DD but if you wanted to go bigger maybe give them a ring and see if they can have bigger implants there just in case and talk it over with your PS before the op, try some sizes on again just to be sure of what you want. It does start to play on your mind a lot more when it's so close so maybe a bit of pre op nerves
Re: Please help,500cc silicone implants,High Profile
If your surgeon is saying that size will get you to a C cup, and you want to be a D to DD, you obviously aren't on the same page at the moment and should talk again otherwise you're going to be disappointed. xx
