What type of implant are you having? is it high profile?
I'm 32A and hoping to be roughly D and I'm only having 280-320cc so I would have thought there's no reason why you wouldn't look like DD with 460 (although I'm having anatomical unders). If you have no worries about looking too big, I would definitely go with the 460 to be on the safe side.
Have you had a look in this thread:

It might give you an idea of what size other people have come out with when they've had your size implants. Although it really does depend on the individual, and I'm conscious of the fact that you want to LOOK a DD, (which might mean you actually need to measure an E or more, as a lot of people say they don't look as big as their bra-size would suggest).
Also have you heard the rule that (roughly) every 150cc is a cup size?
so 460 would be roughly 3 cup sizes and if you're already a B/C I would have thought you'd get there easily!

Getting hung up on a cup size isn't the best thing to do hun. Whenever i've asked a similar question on here, the response i've got is always go with the bigger size you're offered, because lots of women are disappointed after their op and wished they'd gone bigger. To be honest, i'd say with both of these sizes, you'd be at least an E cup, hope this helps xxx

Re: 410 or 460 to 'LOOK' a DD?
I had 410cc high profile allergan CUI implants from a 32A and I'm now a 32FF. There is not much difference between the 410cc and 460cc but the 460cc will look a bit fuller. It is often reccomended that you sshould go with the biggest implant offered. I did it myself, I pushed for the next size up than my surgeon offered me. I would suggest that if you dont mind being bigger than a DD then yes go for the largest size just to make sure you are not dissapointed. Remember the larger the cup size, then the harder it can be to buy nice bras that fit. I am happy with my size and I got exactly what I wanted. There are women out there that feel their implants are too big for their frame I know cookie on here had hers reduced from 460cc to 410cc but would have gone a bit smaller.
