400cc+ pics please x

Hey guys, i was just wondering if anybody had any pictures if they've had 400cc+ implants. My Ba is booked for march 15th and i've chose 485cc round allergan inspira implants. Just a bit worried they might look a bit too big. I've looked at pics on the net but they all seem to be american sites and saline implants xxxx

I also had 410cc but mine are unders, I will PM you my password. For what its worth Hun I would definitely have had bigger if my PS would have agreed :boobchick:

Thanks girlies! Both your boobies look gorgeous, i can't wait now. I really like the 410 size, but if i got them i'd probably want bigger. I suppose as you say its always best to go a bit bigger, i know its not that much difference between 410 and 485 really xxx

Your absolutely right hun, there isn't a massive amount of difference it's more a physiological thing really, my PS didn't really want to go anymore than 380cc but I begged him to try 410cc when I was under which he did and decided I would be ok with thus size, if he had given me the 380cc I think I would have always been unhappy even though there probably wouldn't have been a noticeable difference.

My advise is be clear with your PS what you want to achieve and then choose the largest he / she suggests :thumbs:

Yeah he said the size i've chosen just fits my BWD, which is 13 cm apparently, and the implant is 13.5cm width i think. He said it might look a bit daft if i went any bigger because the implant would be in my armpits! xxx

Hey girlies, I am in a similar situation. Op in 3 wks, at the moment I'm having 410 overs but wasnt sure between them and 365's. After hearing lots of people say they wish they went bigger I am now thinking I should go 485 (if that's the next size up). I'm a small 34b now, want at least a D cup, I just don't know!!! shrug

Thats not the next size up, it depends on what implant style you're getting. I'm getting allergan inpsira soft touch high projection. The high projection sizes go like this: 385, 415, 450, 485. The moderate projection sizes go: 375, 405, 445, 485. Sorry to confuse you babe! But every implant style/make is different. I'd definitely suggest going bigger. I'm only 5ft 3, but this size looked really nice on me when i tried the implant sizers on, i'd definitely recommend!

Thanks, that's actually really helpful, I hadn't seen the catalogue before. I'm having my op done by Mr Meleagros at Transform, I'm pretty sure its the Allergan Inspira's I'm having but I don't know about the projection, I know the implant sizers were in slightly different sizes to the actual implants he said he would use. I'll speak to them on Monday!!!

Unless you have asked for inspira's vampirella29 you will be given the standard make used by Transform I believe it's still the allergan CUI

Yes, I agree with misf1, most of the large clinics like Transform, HMG and THG, will use the Allergan CUI implants as their basic implant. I think the more individual clinics might offer the Inspira's or Nagor's as standard. Always check with the clinic what you are actually buying.

I was a 34b, had 410cc unders and am currently in a 34e x

I had 400cc unders, and if my PS would have let me go bigger I wouldve went 475, you dont want to wish you went bigger, being bigger and getting used to them is much easier lol xoxox

Yeah my surgeon said the bigger companies use CUI as standard. It is a bit confusing because they are made by allergan, natrelle are the better quality implants, therefore you have to pay more..

hey i was going to get 375 but decided to go up a size so my PS decided to go with 430.. Im glad I went bigger. im already getting used to the size and they dont look as big to me at times. Mine are saline though so idk if it really helps. ill pm you my info if you wanna take a look.
