Right boob problems Empty Right boob problems

Hi ladies, I am 6 days post op and my right boob is really aching me, with sharp pains running through it. I have been changing my dressing daily and cleaning with betadine, covering with sterile patches and tape as i got them done in Beirut even though i live in Bahrain. But its also oozing a little. I don’t know if i have got an infection even though i have been on antibiotics since surgery. My friend said not to worry that the pain is due to the nerves knitting back together - but the right one is fine with only an odd ache here and there. the stitching is also perfect and healing well??
Im really worried as im not partially happy with the job on my right boob.. my nipple seems to be lower than the other one. I am hoping its just swelling... ahhhh what a nightmare... i want to cry.

Congrats on your op xx congrats

It is like 2 different ops sweety and you are very very early stages xx It all sounds perfectly normal xx However, it's better to be safe than sorry xx I would give your PS a call and speak with them just to put your mind at rest xx failing that perhaps your local Doctor?, just to be on the safe side xx

Hi hun and welcome to the forum.

I hope that everything works out fine for you, but I agree with Kay's advice. Call your surgeon, and if that fails then go to your GP. It does sound normal from what I've read on here from the other girls xx
