I would love to see pics if that's ok, can you confirm what size you were and what you went to? Are you feeling ok? From what I understand they can drop at different times so I wouldn't worry too much about that at the moment.

Oh wow they look amazing, you must be soooo pleased. The incision looks smaller than I thought it would as well. They look so much like mine when I had my first BA but my incision then was done under my armpit so I wasn't sure what to expect with it under the breast (which is where my next one will be).

How did yours settle after your first one? Do you think i have lots more changes to go through? xxx

They got better every day, they soften and look really natural after a while, but everyone is different so it could take weeks or months. I remember having alot of pain after the first one, then I had to have them changed after 4 years as they were withdrawn from the market and mine had ruptured and I don't remember that surgery being so painful and the recovery was much quicker. I'm having them re done in May as I have capsular contracture now and am no longer happy with the appearance, also I've had these in for 10 years so think it's time for an update :-)

Take things easy and allow your body to heal, within in no time at all they will feel like they have been there forever and you will wonder what it was ever like to be without them :-)

Y i had no pain at all, which i'm very thankful for, they have been a bit sore since my dressing where taken off and the swelling went done but mainly in the evening!!!! The only thing i find weird is when i take the bra off to have a shallow bath the suddenly feel really heavy and like they will fall off lol, when supported by the bra they don't feel like this, i hope this feeling eventually goes!!!!! I cannot wait to be in a normal bra, it's something i'm really looking forward to and i hope they don't look so small once i can wear normal bras, i went the biggest i could and loved them but now the swelling has gone i feel like they have vanished lol, naked though they look larger than in clothes and are an ok size ( boob greed ha ha ).
Mrsshaw1, sorry honey newbies are not allowed to see pics but as soon as you are active let me know and i'll let you have a peek. My drains where only meant to be in over night but i was draining off to much fluid so they left them in for 5 days!!!! Was a pain but helped keep swelling down and helped heeling so i can't moan and to be honest it helped to keep me still, i'm noot one to sit for long, cleaned my bathroom day i got home!!!!

Well from what I have read on here many woman have said they get larger when they fluff. Yes that feeling that they are going to drop off does pass lol....I remember that well. What a pain re the drains, I couldn't wait to get mine out. You will look stunning with your new shape and it will give you so much confidence, especially with the summer coming up, just thing how nice your clothes will hang on you :-) I don't know what size to go for next, I'm currently in 34C but I am wearing padded bras so I reckon I'm probaby more a B cup. I have a consultation in April so will discuss in more detail then. My man loves big boobs and I reckon he would love me bigger but I want to still look natural as my current ones are so natural looking. xxx

Did yours fluff y? I have no clue what size they are at the mo, i need to get sized really!!!!! I have gone down from a 34 to a 32 due to having my crease moved down 1cm and when i measured i should be a 32dd if i measured right, but i have two 34dd sports bras and they are both to small!!!!!!! I'm baffled!!!!
Going crazy waiting to get measured, i just want to go now ha haxxxx

Well Jolene1984 to be honest until I read this forum (16 years after my first BA) lol I didn't even know about fluffing!!! I thought that was a polite word for a fart!!! Also My surgeon at the time wasn't exactly the chatty type!!! But yes they did soften and settle and were so natural that whilst on a beach one day the girl I was sat with (met her on holiday) was gossping about another woman who had obviously had a boob job!!!!!! Lol I just grinned and kept my secret safe :-) xxx

Mine are starting to look more natural, in a tght vest top you cannot tell at all that they are fake.
