What implants do BMI use?
Hey I have got my first consultation with a surgeon at BMI clinic in Bath at the beginning of Feb and I am just wondering if anyone knows what implants they use? Also if anyone knows about their aftercare policy?
Thanks

Re: What implants do BMI use?
Hi tararah, i have an appointment early feb with bmi in kent. don't know what implants they use but asked their helpline about after care.
was told that you get a 12 month after care package and 10 year guarantee on the implants. Obviously all the operation fees are included in the price along with follow up appointments. If there is a need for an appointment after 12 months, you would probably have to pay a follow up fee but it wouldn't be as much as the first consultation fee.any operation needed after 12 months as a result of the implant would be free and included in the implant guarantee.
Hope that helps, i think this aftercare is nearly as good as mybreast? let me know if i am wrong. perhaps check with the BMI helpline just to be sure but this is what i got told.

Re: What implants do BMI use?
Hey,
I'm having mine done at BMI in Poole, Dorset next week. It depends on the surgeon as to what type of implant they use, whichever he prefers they stock so it could be different for you but my PS is using allegan inspira,
Carolyn is right any additional op's needed because of implant or complications is included in price and 12 months after care,
Prices will vary though as it's the price the PS sets not BMI.
I have found the staff lovely but obviously i'm at a different one to you. xxxx
