I just dont want to miss anything and ive always seemed to have trouble communicating to doctors so im a bit nervous!! Are there any tips you can give me about consultation appt? I will take any advice!! i have already put money down so i want to get my moneys worth and do this right! Thanks xxxx

Look to the right of the screen and you will find a consultation notebook that you can print out that has a lot of good questions to ask x

Re: Important Questions To ask the PS
Hi hun
I dont know if you have kids, but one question I asked that wasnt on the list was "How long will I need childcare/help with the children for after the op?" My hubby is taking 10 days - 2 weeks off work starting on the day of my op, and the surgeon said that that was fine, and I will be back to normal routine after 4 weeks. If I go with him I will be having 390cc round overs xx

Sorry a bit off topic, but does everyone see that form with all the letters 'R' missing?
I think its best to write it all down like you are and just go through it all with them.
Good luck with your BA.

Re: Important Questions To ask the PS
Okay - here's a couple of Q's I forgot to ask and had to call back later to check...
- what size sports bra's should I buy for after the op?
- will I need to bring the bra's with me (or will I have some kind of bandages / strapping)?
- when / can I drink alcohol before / after the op?
I guess any other questions will be more specific to you and any worries you may have in particular?
Good luck, and don't worry if you forget anything - you can always email them over after!
