Hi all i have my op booked on the 30th jan and i am unsure on almost everything im really worried that i wont get the look i am after. Im a 32a and a size 8/6 and i asked my surgeon if i could go to a D cup and he said he didnt think it would fit so i am going for a C instead. Im really worried that they wont be big enough, i never got to try on any implants at the consultation and he never told me any sizes like i have seen on here like '270C' Please help im so confused :( xxxx

I'm surprised that Mr. Sulaiman didn't discuss this with you in more detail hunnie as he does have quite a good reputation. If you are worried, ring your PCC and ask her that you would like another appointment with before the date. I did this with Michael Payne who did my op, also with THG and I saw him again before my op.
Have a look in the section of the forum which discusses these things which you can access by clicking [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or there is a list of questions which you can ask him about in this section [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
Did he say if he would be doing overs or unders???

Aww hun that's awful for you to be in such a confused state so soon before your op!! It sounds like your options weren't made very clear to you at your consultation... is it possible for you to book another consultation with your surgeon in the next week or so to clarify things a bit more?

Have you got a bunch of pics together of results that you quite like the look of? Take a look [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for a bit more information about types/size/placement of implants to get a feel for what you might need to achieve the look you want...

If you have any specific questions, just ask, there are loads of girls on here who will be able to help!

Hi hun, I would really try and get another consultation before your op with your surgeon, even if you have to postpone your op for a few weeks. You really should try to find out as much as you possibly can, just to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Have you seen any other surgeons?
I suppose if you do trust your surgeon to give you exactly what you want, you could just ring up your PC and ask her to look at your notes and tell you what size, profile, make and placement (under or over the muscle) you are having.

He said i would be having unders. He dint really discuss sizes as he said he couldnt fit a D he said a C would be right for me basically and that i can only go as big as my body will let me so he will do his best kind of thing. I dont have any time to go for another consultation before the op :( xxx

It's strange because implants don't come in "D" size or "C" size... they're 210cc, or 285cc, or 320cc, or 400cc... etc etc...

No one can really know for definite what cup size you will be until after your op... but perhaps he has a good idea of the largest implant he believes would fit your body shape, and maybe he feels this would take you to a 32C?

I definitely think you should confirm all these details with your PS though... you have to make sure he knows the result you are looking for and is working to achieve what you want. If he tells you that you can't go bigger than a certain size, ask him why he thinks this isn't possible, so that you at least understand where he is coming from!

As Misf1 said, it's definitely better for you to find out as much information as you can before your op, as opposing to going in and getting a result you don't want!!

Good luck hun, keep us posted!

That is very true, you can only go as big as your body can manage. I didn't think surgeons worked in cup sizes, but maybe he is estimating it for you. I think you will be having Allergan implants with the hospital group, not sure but think they will be the naturelle range and possibly round as standard, as the anatomical are more expensive, although I could be wrong. As you are slim they will probably be high profile and at a guess between 200 and 300cc in size. But I'm just guessing.
If you trust your surgeon hun, and you are happy with the aftercare your clinic provides.

Yes, body shape, frame, amount of existing skin and fatty tissue all have a bearing on the size which a surgeon can give you. Michael told me that I would only be able to go to a D, but I said I really wanted to go to a DD or an E and he said he would do the best he could with what I had already - and he has managed to take me up to a DD - which I am praying will fluff to a size E when the muscles have had time to stretch and relax after the operation, but this could take up to a year or more to happen, so I must be patient Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!.
I would have a chat with your PCC and stress that you really want to go to a D cup and ask her to make sure Mr Sulaiman has that option available to him on the day of the operation and ask her to tell him to try.
You will also have a chance to discuss this with him on the day of your operation, as he will come into your room and have a final chat with you before your operation.
I presume you will be going to Dolan Park, and one of the good things about that is because they do hundreds of these operations there each year, they do carry a good stock of different size and shape of the implants within the hospital itself.

hi honey i had mr sulaiman, but didnt see him till night before the op i had mr sforza for consult.mr sulaiman basically knew the size i wanted to achieve, but i mainly wanted to skin full,so he said he would give me the best sized implant for my body/pocket on the day,my options were 340 or 380 only the 340 would fit though.he did a good job for me honey, but you do need some assurance so i would def have another meeting to discuss sizes and put your mind at ease

Yeah i agree with the other girls take some pics in of what you want to achieve, its alot of money to spend onsomethin you want to make sure u get the result ur after, when he said 270CC thats just the measurement of how much silicone is in each implant. If you have a look at the side of peoples avatars on here underneath you will see in their description it says what cc they had (post op girls anyway)
Good luck xxxxxxx
