Implants and Water Parks..
Hey ladies, so im going to Tenerife next month for a well deserved break! Cannot wait!!! So excited to chill out and get a nice tan!
Basically I was just wondering, im major paranoid about doing anything that would hurt my boobs and was wondering have any of you been to a water park since having your BA? I'll be 10months post op by the time im going...
I just really wouldnt wanna do anything to jepordise my awesome new boobies haha or else id never forgive myself. Also thinking about tanning.. do you reckon my skin on my boobs will be ok.. cause i know you are supposed to avoid direct sunlight on the scars for the first year is it? But what about the rest of my boobs??
Muchas Gracias! :flowers: xx

I'm pretty sure you'll be ok at a water park. Its highly unlikely that you will do your boobs or any other part of yourself much harm.
Do however be careful in the sun. Use a higher factor than you would usually on your boobs as the skin really is more sensitive even 10 months after your surgery.
Have a fab holiday xxxx

the rest of your boobs will be fine for tanning, but remeber the skin has stretched so wont be used to it, so make sure you put good factor cream on them. Not sure about the water park, but would think you would be ok.
Re: Implants and Water Parks..
Am very jealous, especially with the cr*p weather here!!
We went to Turkey in the Summer where there was a water park in the hotel complex with a couple of fast slides. I went down the slides pretty much every day with no problems (I would have been three months post op at the time). I didn't overdo it as, like you, I was really paranoid about hurting myself. On the positive side, I knew that if I fell out of my bikini that I wouldn't give the other holidaymakers a view of a couple of fried eggs!! :heehee:
I've also been to Centre Parcs and Alton Towers since and have been fine in their smaller water parks.
Have a great time xx

Just don't forget to close your legs properly on your way down the fast water slides. I think that's how I 'lost my virginity' at 15. Ouch! Lol

I went to a water park in Lanzarote in Oct, I was 11 months post op & I was fine. Sure you will be too. Enjoy your jollies and have a jug (or several) of Sangria for me

I went to a waterpark when I was in crete in august and also in turkey and I was fine. I also sunbathed topless but obviously I used sunfactor on my boobs and scars. They say not to expose the scars before 12months though so be careful hun. xx
