Help with Size, Please!
Hi all,
I am considering getting a breast lift and augmentation next month. I am currently a 34B and am looking to be a D/DD cup. One doctor from mybreast advised me that 240cc would help me achieve this, and when I said that I thought that might be too small, she said 270 cc, max. Next, I saw Dr. Khan at Transform, who recommended 310 cc. Lastly, I saw Dr Adamo, from MYA, who suggested 345 cc. When I said that I was worried that might be too small, he said that I could go for 375 cc, but in his opinion, 345 cc would be better for me. I tried on the 375 cc implants, and they looked a bit out of proportion with my frame, howver, I heard that alot of women regret not going bigger.
I am 5'4, 50 kg. I am all set to book my surgery with Dr. Adamo, but am worried about size. I don't want to be smaller than a D, or end up bigger than a DD! From those of you who have had ba done, do you think 340 cc would be a good size, or I should size up to the 375 cc? Thanks!!! :flowers:

I had 340cc overs and they took from a tuberous 36b/c up to a 36DD/E but everyone is different chick. Some girls on here have had smaller implants and ended up bigger and vice versa x

Re: Help with Size, Please!
Hi hunnie, it is rather difficult for anybody on here to say as there are so many factors to take into consideration other than just cc size. It depends on your band size, the amount, thickness and elasticity of your skin, the amount of breast tissue there at present and other factors too. It also depends on if your surgeon is going to be using low, medium, high or extra high profile implants. Other factors such as sub-muscular or sub-glandular also come into play as well.
For instance I was an A/B cup, my band size is 36 and I had 410 cc extra high profile implants and this brought me up to a 36DD and this was the maximum the surgeon could give me because of my skin type and existing fatty tissue in my boobs. The same size implants on another girl might have taken her to a FF or even a G.
It really is a matter of placing your trust in the surgeon you choose to go with - if you have shown him/her pictures of how you want look afterwards, you have to believe that the operation and size they will be giving you will bring you up to your desired size.
It really is an emotional time deciding all this sweetheart, but your surgeon will have probably done hundreds (if not thousands) of these procedures and really is the best judge.
Take care hun

Thanks, all! This really is quite emotional, but exciting as well! I am leaning towards the 340 cc, high profile, and over, as this size was more align with what the other two surgeons said as well!
