Hey hun, i'm sure you will be fine. All i can say is that my op went well, the discomfort was well managed, and there is no reason as to why the same shouldn't apply to you and your recovery. This could be such a posistive thing for you to have done. I hope your nerves settle and all goes well for you, try to take it easy hun. xo

Hi Jojo - I'm having my BA tomorrow too & have felt sick all day so I know just how you feel. I just did some ironing while watching Gentlemen Prefer Blondes & it really took my mind off is - in fact my PS told me to go & see a movie this evening - maybe that will distract you!!??

Good luck 2mrw - what time are you going in - I'm leaving at 6.30am for a 7am admission, first on the list - around 8.30am - so am a daycase. Catch up with you Tuesday & we can compare notes xxx

Its's only natural to be nervous jojo, I was a nervous wreck and I'm sure alot of the girls were before they had their ops. You'll be fine hun, just keep thinking of the end result. Take care and good luck for tomorrow. xxx

Good luck to both of you! The nerves will soon turn into adreneline once you're in your gown and about to go down to theatre! You will be SO thrilled when you wake up the nerves will have totally disappeared!

Let us know how you get on!

Hey hun, dont worry you are in fabulous hands with the wonderful Mr Scholten, he was my ps, and I can not tell you how pleased I am with my results. I am assuming you are at the Fitzwilliam, all the staff are fab there. Mr S came into see me before the op did the drawings and took piccys etc, he told me husband that he would look after me while I was on the operating table and my husband was to look after me when I got home. While I was in recovery Mr S went to see me husband to tell him all was ok.

I was a day case but my blood pressure went too low so I had to stay in over night and they dont charge you any extra.

Shirley wasnt at work that day but they was having an open evening there that night so she possed into see me that night, and then both Shirley and Mr S came in the next morning too.

I really had a lovely day, you will be fine, and will be very interested to hear your story xxx
