round shouldered and heavy
After being in bed from 22nd of December to 3rd of January with flu i have found that i am very round shouldered. i have gone from 350 pips to 460 allergans and i didnt realise that i was walking like an old woman hunched over.
my back is aching and they feel heavey, did anyone have this feeling.
Keep having to remember to straighten up, lol. x

Yes I was the same! And also only had small implants. Don't stress, just take it easy and as your body heals you'll lose the old woman stoop!

Re: round shouldered and heavy
Hun i had this sooooo bad & I cried to my hubby as i was in so much pain & his wise words ' well what do you exspect when your walking around like a hunched over old lady, try standing up straight & you might feel better!'
His words even if very blunt really helped me & i gradually over a day straightend myself up & OMG i was like a new women! felt sooooo much better but still continued the old breast cradleing with both arms just to make shore they wouldnt fall off.
The fact you have had flu hun can help at all, my daughter had it over christmas & spent days in bed and took her 3-4 weeks to get over with antibiotics as she got a chest infection................so the fact you just had your op hun you must of felt just horrid! :console:
