Ahhh thanks girls and good luck to you too cakey_baby x I got my surgeon to order the next size up today as well so think i am gonna go with the 420s. They are the same width as the 345s but just have an extra centimetre projection, so i thought sod it, whats a centimetre between boobs lol x
