I actually measure 31 1/2 under my bust and 35 1/2 round fullest point.

I bought a 34 DD for swelling but I know I will need 32

Just wanted a little bigger cup but hay there is still time x

butterfly give it a few more weeks and you will def see some changes as the bottom of my boobs filled out last time my size increased because its the bottom part that fills your bra. I think you might be pleasantly surprised when you get fitted. My 310's took me from a 32C to a 32E. Cookie has this great diagram which shows it well x

Yeah I had a look at the diagram cookie has a while ago, it is brilliant. I have also seen a picture trail that shows all the different stages that was amazing.

Around 1 cupsize per 100cc with my 310's. Some girls go up a cupsize with less. There was a thread a little while ago xx

Hi Ladies!
I'm from may buddies. My name is Iga and I am having my ba on 6th- this is this friday. Does any of you have pics of 410, 460 from b cup as a starter. I was going to have 525cc as this is what Dr Singh ofered to me but thinking about it now it will be way too big for me. Please if you could help cos I'm really stressed now. Not even sure if they will have time to order me some sizes- have been ringing since wednesday last week and my pc is not answering or retured call. So angry now!!! I't bloody 4k not £100 im spending and they don't care at all :(((

Did you tell Mr Singh what cup size you wanted to be for him to offer you 525's? It really depends on your height/chest size as to what implant size you need to acheive what cup size. It goes on the base of the implant in cm's to fir your chest pocket, as well as cc (gram) for your build and the profile changes things too - height of the implant. If you told him what cup size you wanted to acheive he should be able to take all these into consideration to estimate the cc to acheive that. Most places order you a couple of sizes more and a couple less for when you are in surgery anyway. My first BA, I was told i would get 285's, but woke up with 315's, as thats what I needed to get the C Cup I had asked for. You still have time to talk to your PC for reassurance - keep trying. Do you have her mobile number? x

I had 450s from an A as a starter so you'd probably be similar to me. I'm a size 10/12 and 5'6. I don't know how similar you are? X

Also Iga, if youre not happy with them, would it be worth seeing another surgeon or trying to find someone you feel more confident with? Have you paid for it yet? X

Yes, It's all pain and booked for first thing in the morning friday. I know he is a good surgeon but known for biggg boobies and that fricks me out a bit. I felt like ke looked at my boobs, squizzed a bit and that's it 525s. Some people want the fake look and it's fine but not for everybody. I want to keep it as close to natural as possible :) I'm size slim 10 and 5ft7 tall- cup b at present. If they will have 460cc on the day I will ask him for it but try to call Sam my pc on tuesday to make sure x

yeah i wanted to look natural so opted for the 450s. id definitely keep trying to get in touch. id imagine they have other sizes in, i changed my mind from 400 to 450 and they had them in. good luck!! xx

Where does the time go?? It seems like ages counting down to my BA day and now the last 6 days have flown by! I can't believe i'm already going in for my 1 week check up tomorrow. I am sooo excited to get this surgical bra off! This thing is squeezing the life outta me :tears: I feel like I have had dementia this past week.. Everything is kind of a blur! Screwy

Hi April Girls! Just wondering how everyone is getting on now we're far into May! I'm at major boob greed stage, and wish they were bigger! I think it's because i can't wear push up, padded, shove them here-there-and-everywhere bras, to give myself that cleaves i dreamed of yet! On Tuesday i'll be 6 weeks post op so finally sports bra freeeee! But still no wired bras for me yet for another 3 weeks xxx

I got some pretty non wire bras last year from Debenhams hun they had polka dots and a ribbon trim, one black one white so at least I wasn't wearing granny bras after the sports bras came off lol. Last time I was sports bra free after 4 weeks wonder if I will be so lucky this time! xx

I'm absolutely peachy at the mo my sweet lol healing very well scars are looking better than the first time too so thats great.

I just can't wait to do some exercise and sort out the wobbly tum in time for my holidays only a few more weeks and it will be thousands of situps for me!

Looking very boobilicious in the new avatar butterfly is there some fluffing going on there ; ) I think I'm fluffing at the moment I'm like OMG please don't get any bigger I'm very self conscious about moving into proper bras at the moment!!

Hope the rest of the April girlies are doing well it would be nice to have an update : )
