Happy New year to all you fellow PIP girls!!

I do hope that 2011 brings us all better luck with our boobies.

I am having mine out on the 21st Jan and am looking forward to it but am very very nervous now!!!
Has anyone else booked to have there PIP's out this month/year?
Just want to send lots of love and support to you all for 2011.
group hug
Knowing that I'm not going through this alone makes the whole situation much easier.

Can I just ask whether you are having them removed completely or replaced? I want to go smaller or get rid comepletely but am having a nightmare finding a surgeon who will do it. Please let me know if you are and if so where?!
Thanks

Hiya

I am having my implants removed and replaced with Mybreast in London. I noticed you are in Spain. Did you have your surgery out there? Where about's are you looking for surgeons? There is one lady on here that has recently had her PIP's removed but not replaced, you could ask her about her experience and what surgeon she went with. She has posts in the PIP section.
How long ago did you have your PIP's?

Hello, I thought i'd replied but must not have - sorry about that. I'm actually in London I just got them done in Spain. I'm looking in London for surgeons. I've seen HMG, Transform, THG, 111 Harley St and My Breast so fr, all s i would have to have a replacement, as without i would have saggy breasts :( I had them done 6 years ago...

Hi
Hmmm how strange that none of the surgeons you've seen want to do replacement only? I know that you can get them removed FOR FREE on the NHS, but not replaced. You may have a bit of a wait, but if you don't mind this then perhaps this is the best route for you.

Good luck x

Hi wantimplantsremoved & hannah766
I had pip implants removed on the 20th December, i went with a surgeon called Helena Antonaidou who works at Birkdale Clinic at Liverpool.
She was absolutely fantastic and James the resident surgeon on here has stated that he knows her personally and that she is a fantastic surgeon.
I am so relieved that i now have them out and would highly recommend Helena for removal and replacement. She is very honest and will advise you well. Good luck x
