which is considered the 'best quality' implant?
I know its alot to do with personal preference but is there a 'Market leader' as such?

I think the main brands at the moment are Allergan, Mentor and Nagor, can't think of any others at the moment but I'm sure there must be more. Then within each brand there are different ranges of implant that vary in quality/price. I wouldn't say there's a market leader as such, they are all well-regarded and different clinics use different brands of implants. If your surgeon/clinic uses any of these implants I would think you are getting a quality implant.xxx

They consider the best implants to be the FDA approved ones as they have undergone years of testing, however these implants are quite old now and times and technology changes year by year. Allegan and mentor are worldwide leaders.

I've found that most of the private surgeons, including James McDiarmid here have a preference for the British made Nagor Impleo which although is not FDA approved is considered a premium implant. xx
