Hello and welcome to BJSF Daniellla Surgery tmr! 34B and getting 380cc 399357

You say you went to the doctors hun? have you seen a surgeon yet babe who specialises in breast augmentation? or just spoken to your doctor about this?

Your surgeon is the best person to help you make the decision on size sweetie, it's so difficult for any of us to determine what you might result in as so many of us even with the same stats and same sized implants end up with different results. This is due to our anatomies being different and unique to ourselves.

When you see your surgeon he/she will see how much body fat you have, how much breast tissue you have, how the ribs lie, the positioning of your breasts now.... these are but a few things that will determine your size from the volume you'll need.

If you feel you need further reassurance make an appointment with your surgeon hun. Look for pictures of boobs of the size ans shape you like, take them with you to the consultation and show the surgeon the pics, surgeons get a far better indication of the look you're hoping for from a pic hun as they work in volume and not cup sizes and your perception of a D cup may very well differ to that of your surgeons, so when discussing a pic, you're both at least singing from the same song sheet. xx

As cookie has said I would discuss it with your surgeon, are you having your BA tomorrow? I would have thought that size would get you to a D but there is no guarentee, I would ask to try on implants before surgery just to make sure. Good luck for your op hun.

I was same as you pre op, had 390 & 420 and am now 34d/dd/e really does depend on what type of bra I have on. Saying that my 34d yesterday did have plenty over the top of my bra,so perhaps I should ditch that!

Good luck x

I wore t shirts and vest that were stretchy, so I could get them over my head ok without lifting my arms too much
