transform/call

hi girls just a wee update on how i got on last week seen ps and it was a waste of time. I had to fight with him about my boobs and he thinks the dent ,scars and different size boobs r ok as its better than i had before! for you girls that seen my picture will understand that for 6 grand i dont want better, anyone can have better i want 100% perfact!
he is happy to take extra skin fro one boob but this wont solve the problem. the co girl asked what i wanted so i told her i want them re done so she said she will look into it. she called me to say it will cost me another 2400 for change of implant.
she told me to think about but there is no way i am paying them again and i am not letting that ps near me again.
she said she nos i am unhappy and if i want to cancell the small op (if u call it that) to call her before jan 29th. she also said i no ur not happy and i dont want you going away unhappy but there is nothing else i can say or she can do to make me happy.
think its come to the point of complaining to the gmc and speaking to the lawyer.
i dont trust the ps as does other girls on here and i dont no what else i can do.
sick of the stress this has cused, been a crap year when i should be happy.

any advice welcome

I'll be honest Leona and tell you that a solicitor probably won't touch your case hun, not whilst Transform are offering you a solution to resolve the problem... I've been there and done that hun. But do try babe, you might just get lucky.

In regard to your boobs, I doubt anyone has 'perfect' boobs hunni, no matter how much the cost but we should all expect to be happy with the outcome and gain as near to possible what was suggested from the surgery.

You need to ask for the address of the clinic manager hun so you can document your complaint in writing, you really do need to exhaust the complaints procedure, I know its a long and draining road but it is necessary is you want to contest this sweetness. Add your pics to support your complaint and state what the suggested result pre-op was and then state what you have now and what the problems are and what you want to fix them, you should also state how the surgeon has treated you and the problem and how you are unhappy to proceed any further with this surgeon and would like a second opinion with the prospect of surgery with another surgeon.

he is not fixing my boob just makin a cut to remove extra skin. i no this wont solve the problem and so does co girl. its only a minnor op he is doing and i had fight to get that! i still dont no for sure whats involved as all he said was "i remove some skin" which i had to ask the nurse if it was a gen asth and she said no just a local. i have no faith in the man and even james said to be wary! my left implants falls to the side when i lie down , again the ps as never examend my boobs or listen to my concernes, but showed me before pic and says better. i have never know a doc or surgeon like him and i now know why he was in the papers for two weels in a row.

Oh Leona i dont know what to say my love just wanted to give you a hug It is not fair if you have not got what was agreed and paid for, like cookie says you should write and complain and maybe hopefully you will get the answers you deserve

many thanks for thr reply, i am going to get a friend to help me write a letter to headoffice or head of scottish dept at transform.
my ps has a bad name and the one thing about him i dislike is the fact he has never examed me or let me tell him my problem , he just shouts. another girl on look ur best had the same problem and he wont listen to you. his name is mr a ottaviani. there has also be alot of bad press on him too. sara on here found so much about him and she told me never to let him touch me again. i have no faith in him and dont what him near me again if i am honest.

Leona I'm really sorry hunni. From what you have said I'm not surprised you don't want this surgeon near you again, he doesn't exactly instill any faith in you with his attitude. You should definitely put everything in writing and go straight to the top with your complaint. I truly hope you get the answers you are looking for hun. Good luck and stay positive. xxx

OH hun, So sorry for your predicament, the girls have given you some good advice and agree with what they have told you. You do deserve a re-op and answers as Janeybird said, unfortunately, you will have to fight your corner until you are satisfied. I hope it all works out for you and don't forget you always have the girls on here to comfort you along the way... xx

Aww hunnie, that is terrible - and both him and Transform treating you this way is like rubbing salt into the wound and for him to shout at you beggars belief, it is just bullying of the highest order, especially when you are feeling so down and vulnerable. Don't forget to add this in your complaint to their head office - it is utterly contemptible the way he is behaving towards you.
I am sorry that I cannot add anything more to what the other girls have said here, just to let you know that we are all here for you and will offer any emotional support that I can. Plenty of hunnie and as the other girls have said, try and stay strong.
