shock absorbers sports bra??
ive been wearing shock absorbers since my op last tuesday,i had used a back extender the first few days, then about 2 days ago ive removed that and im on the middle back setting now today im feeling like its tight across my chest do you think i should go up a cup size as my band is still feeling okay? i had my check yeaterday and nurse said all my swelling is gone? so i must be changing boobie shape, although i had overs so thought they wouldnt change cup size much.has any one else used shock aborbers? do you think they are small fitting? xxx

Re: shock absorbers sports bra??
that is a good question. My Z bra was 32E. I really should get measured properly, but I think I am a 30-32DD, My Zbra came up smaller also x

Re: shock absorbers sports bra??
Ive always worn SA bras, for sports Pre BA and now to support my new puppies. I'm in a 34D and think I need a larger cup size as I feel it's a bit too tight and doesn't quite fit around the whole of each of my boobs. Like you said I've found them to be on the small size generally. X

Re: shock absorbers sports bra??
I am also wearing shock absorbers and YES! they do come up small. I am wearing a 32FF with an extender. The 34F is too big around the breast band but the 32 too tight. I am certain I don't have anymore swelling because I am measuring 28" under the bust which is what I measured previous to this BA. I don't think I am going to measure a FF when I am in normal bras - more like an E!! x

Sports bras are generally designed to be a tighter fit to reduce movement and compress breasts. Go up a cup size if you feel it's digging in hun x
