Hi ladies xx

I thought it only fair to post a positive thread on Transform to update everyone as I know we have discussed them and their customer service in the past, so here goes.......

For those who are not aware or not seen my posts, I have had cause to complain about my BA and uplift xx I put it in writing and the company investigated and have offered me a Re-op under their readmission policy, so no cost to me xx :good:

Just wanted to say that I was really expecting to have a fight with them, however I cannot fault their customer services, they have investigated and have agreed to provide further surgery at no cost to myself xx

Well done Transform xx This is how it should be EVERY time there is a problem xx

Don't worry twinpeaks, just a few people have had issues when things haven't turned out as expected xx That's why I thought I better post to say that they couldn't have done anymore for me xx
