hello hello

just home now from the hospital after op on friday and overnight stay. it all went very smoothly - the lovely mr hamilton has given me exactly what i wanted - smallish natural looking boobs (270 unders) -- and i'm over the moon.

am feeling fine, other than a bit bruised and achy, and am dying for a good sleep -- not on any painkillers other than paracetamol because i felt so cr*p after the general anaesthetic that i didn't want anything strong - the nurses and surgical staff were really lovely and the whole experience was great.

so thank you all for your support, and to those of you who shared pics and who offered calming advice!

i have a quick question: did you have very hot boobs just after the op? mine feel like they did post-childbirth when my milk came in -- hot and tingly. husband making jokes about warming up his hands on them when he comes in ...

Had my op last Saturday and mine still feel hot sometimes - bit like sunburn, very strange!

Welcome back Ava! So glad to hear it all went well and that you're home safe and sound!

I haven't had any kind of fluctuations with the temp of my boobs so the only advice I can give is to keep an eye on them and if you're worried in the slightest then use the emergency number for your clinic, thats what we pay them for! I'm sure there's nothing to worry about though!

How have you found your first day at home?

I treated myself to a trip to my hairdressers today to get my hair washed and blow-dried! Such a luxury since we are not able to shower hey!
