Re: My consult with Mr Singh
The size to me wouldnt matter as i LOVE big boobs but as Nat said I think anything over 410cc is classed as a 'large' implant & because of there size & weight they are at more risk of causing saggin & i guess the bigger you go the more chance youll get saggin?
Do you have any conserns over 'sagging' hun or are you not worried about it?

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
Mr Khan said oh there a bit saggy. Mr Singh said they are droopy...
So iv already come to the conclusion that I am going to need a uplift at some point if I want to keep my boobs nice as I get older.
Not like I have a complex now Just glad im getting it done soon lol

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
If you like them under your clothes hun then you should be fine but like I said before if you've any concerns go back and have a second consultation. As for the talk of sagging - this is something that worries me too BUT as long as you are aware of the risks and take precautions (ie always wear a good sports bra to bed) then you can lower the risk. x

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
dont go by american sizes. They dont seem to be the same.
In american sizes, dolly parton is a 40DD, but in UK sizes she would be a much smaller band and a much larger cup

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
In America though some women might be having 700ml saline, which is different to silicone implants which is most likely what you will have. Silicone implants are much more volumous and heavy than saline implants so the risk of sagging is worse. I would try not to compare to American girls boobs hun as the industry is very different over there. The majority of American girls still have saline implants. xx

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
It's not just down to wearing a bra, wearing a good bra helps with sagging but it won't prevent it if you are going to get it. xx

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
I do agree with Nat on the respect that with such a large implant no amount off bra support will stop them sagging..........But if sagging dosnt bother you then there is no problem.
I to have a friend who had singh & she had 34DD already but they were empty & sagging...........he told her that filling them up with huge implants would get rid of the sagging & stop the need for a uplift...she to also has boobs down to her knees even when wearing the bras she has to have made for her, its not a god look & she is gutted
Even if you do go ahead with 700cc & have a uplift the effects of the uplift is unlikely to last long due to the size of the implant
I guess you have to ask yourself ' would you still be happy a year or 2 after you B.A if you have saggy boobs'...............if it would bother you then you would have to re-think the implant size but if you ok with it then go for it.

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
I think at the end of the day any implant can cause sagging over time and we should ALL consider that whether we've had 400 or 600 implants, my extra 200 grams wont neccesarily sag faster than the next girls smaller ones, it depends on the quality of your own tissue along with many other factors, lifestyle, how supportive your bra is when you exercise, etc etc.

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
Would sagging be made worst if you have had children?
Lost the elasticity in your boobs maybe?

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
Those things all go towards sagging Hun my tissue is not very giving in the stretching department which in one way is a good thing as I guess id sag slower then normal people & allthou my implant sit low on my chest wall they are pert & i have no signs of saggin yet.......but im only just over a year post op.....but as my skin don't like to 'give' I have lovely stretch marks! where there is a positive there is normally a negative lol
Had the same thing when i had children......my bump was solid & after having my kids my skin went straight back to normal but i again had horrible stretch marks :tears: but i have a good body shape in clothes so thats whats important to me! lol

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
I used to have bigger boobies & now they are just empty... I have stretch marks on my boobs already & dont have any kids (I lost weight real fast when I was younger)
Would the fact I have a fair amount of breast tissue go for or against me? I mean surely if you dont have much tissue & get large implants you dont have as much skin to hold them in place?

Re: My consult with Mr Singh
Gravity catches up with all of us big boobied woman eventually whether we've had children or not.
If you've had an excessively large implant then you will be more prone to sagging earlier than someone with a smaller implant. You'll also be more at risk from bottoming out and implant displacement.
If you're a very small frame you should also consider the width of the implant, as implant sizes go up, the width of the implant gets wider.
AB - as you're starting from a D cup, you obviously have plenty of breast tissue to cover such a large implant hun, if you're going to be happy with a BIG bust and you're aware of all the risks, then you go for it and enjoy them babies hunni. xx

If you don't have much breast tissue a surgeon would choose to go under the muscle to cover the implant. If you have plenty which you have, then over the muscle would be chosen.
As you already have stretch marks hun this does suggest that the elasticity of the skin isn't as good as it might be, you should really take this into consideration I feel before making any decisions sweetness. An excessively large implant will be prone to sagging without doubt whether you've had kids or not and if your breasts have already suffered the effects of gravity it's worth taking into consideration babe. xx
