Re: Safety?
The surgeons wouldn't ask if you are planning on having any, or any more, children if pregnancy and breast-feeding did not change your breasts unpredictably!
I guess I should come back and reply to this thread in about 6 months as to how my implants have held up though pregnancy and possible (hopefully) breast-feeding!

I more I read and think about this comment, I feel it was made out of frustration and haste. Everybody who has looked into having implants has read many a website stating that one of the main reason women decide to have implants is to regain the volume and shape after child birth and breast feeding. I feel like I'm going to get a mouth full after saying this but I think that where you have done so much research after your BA's Anniebd that you don't like people disagreeing with you and you rake it a little to personally. It's like I said before no one is having a go at you, it's opinions that are being expressed there and in this case it's fact, about 60% of woman of this forum are here due to implants after child birth.
Can I just ask, are you thinking of having children in the future and would you consider having another BA if the shape of your breasts change. I only ask because you seem to have been through so much already having 4, would you chance a 5th?

Elasticity in skin, good hydration, genetic may play a role here.
I agree 375 is definately not small hun, but in comparison to the sizes we see many women here wanting, it is small and often the body just can't simply accomodate the size the woman may want.... at that time.
Some women through choice want boobs that are too large for their frame, just like Jordan who you have mentioned.
Jordan didn't immediately jump to the colossal boobs which made her famous, she did that over a period of time gradually increasing her size with each boob job, stretching the skin a little further each time to accomodate the bigger implant.Having children means nothing!!
Actually it means quite a lot when you're having Breast augmentation.
When you have children, quite often it changes the breasts and the skin is very often streched. This does mean the difference between pre-children when the skin is tight only being able to accomodate say for example 270CCs then after pregnancy after the skin has been stretched then being able to accomate a larger implant to fill the stretched skin.
Many women who have implants already will also often opt for a second BA after having their children, very often going larger to fill the skin that became stretched. Pregnany very often does damage the breast. To be told start small then increase again sounds like a great way to make money, increase the clinics wealth, clever sales techniques.
It's often necessary though to achieve a specific size chosen by a woman whos expectations might not be possible when having their first BA. After the skin is stretched, it then IS possible to take the skin further.Anyone considering surgery should be thinking about doing it once and any surgeon with ethical values would be advising this.
Any surgeon with ethical values will tell you that it's not possible to guarantee that you will only have this surgery once.
No surgeon can guarantee that you won't suffer complications after surgery and no surgeon can guarantee that after children your body won't change and aesthetically you may no longer be satisfied with the results. It was all about trust, i left the matter of size in his expert hands. But then again i did choose the "President of BAPPS" !!!
He's actually a 'past' president of BAAPs now hun and has been since September 2008 when Nigel Mercer took over the post. The current President of BAAPs is Fazel Fatah.
Just thought I'd clarify that incase someone specifically wanted their surgery with the actual president of BAAPs xx
Sorry to change the subject, but what actually is BAAPS?

I asked for a D, surgeon said C possible D.
I am now an E, but this is cos i am a 28/30 E, if i was a 32 id be a 32D or around that.
I probably only look around a C tho.
there is another girl in my town who my surgeon had preformed a BA on, she has 410s!!! they look mahoosive and im sooo jelous, but she is tall! and even tho she looks slim which she is, she is still quite abit bigger than me ie back size.
if id gone to a diff surgeon and had bigger i probably have rippling bad, systemnia ?? etc. i know i could still have complications in future but you gotta think of safety first and trust the surgeon you choose. good luck xx
What dress size are you? I wear 32A bras but tbh, i think I could be a smaller back size like a 28 or 30. Does that mean I could be like a B cup? So the cup size goes smaller as the back size goes bigger? And I'd like to have between 230 and 290cc, but I'm but sure on the exact size yet but something in that range..

BAAPS = The British Association Of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons
All members are on the specialist register and are regulated by the general medical council (GMC)
The aims of BAAPS have remained the same since its foundation, namely to facilitate training in cosmetic surgery through annual meetings at which scientific papers are presented and surgeons of international repute teach their skills. Over 200 surgeons attend the meetings, which form an essential part of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of all surgeons. In addition, the Association has 'ear marked' funding for half the costs of the Aesthetic tutor (based at the Royal College of Surgeons of England) and it provides financial awards for surgeons who present the best papers at the annual meeting: these are to enable recipients to travel to international meetings, present their work and gain experience.
BAAPS is also helping to raise the standards of aesthetic/cosmetic surgery around the world by forging close links with the European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (EASAPS) and also with the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
