Well girls my lefty has finally dropped lol (all that worrying for nothing) now they're even hehe.

Nads updated the pics for me xxx

Got told yday with the nurse I can now sleep on my side, finally! had my dressings took off, everything healed well. Also got told to start massaging with palm of my hand in circular motions to stop the implant settling in the same place. See my surgeon beginning of may (can't believe I have to wear sports bras for that long!)

Did you all wear bras night and day for 6 weeks? Did you wear a normal bra at any point in between for things such as nights out etc?

How long did you all massage for and for how long a day?

When it gets to the time for you to ditch the sports bras you will miss them coz they are so comfy

I sometimes took mine off at night, and on nights out, I did wear normal bras, but it was only for a few hours.

How long did you all massage for and for how long a day?

Im still massaging mine now but its due to CC. On average I do it for about 15-20mins a day

Yeah, i guess because they dont have the muscle holding onto them for dear life at the beginning like unders they do drop pretty quickly, lucky girlies! x
