6 weeks
Hi girls
No strenuous exercise for 6 weeks, fine, but when is THAT 6 weeks. Is it day of op to the 6th same day or is it end of week 6. Does that make sense?
I had my op on 25th September and I make 6 weeks from then to be 6th November, but my 6 week check is 1st November.
The belly fairy paid me a visit when I was obviously asleep and I'm desperate to get back to dancing so she can have it back :dunno:

Re: 6 weeks
Go when you feel ready, a couple of days either side of 6 weeks will make no difference. Ask them at your 6 week check
Re: 6 weeks
That's the thing misf1, I'm worried about doing any damage. The type of dancing I do involves alot of arm-work and although it's not at all painful, it does pull a bit, but I'm not sure if that's normal. I'm just getting impatient and will ask the nurse on Monday. Thank you.

Re: 6 weeks
I would wait till your check hun and just ask them then if they think your ready for excersize. Shouldn't be long now :)
I however will probably milk the fact I am "unable" to excersize as an excuse not to bother after my op hehe
