I had my BA on monday, came home tuesday and rested. By wensday was already restless so nipped to asda for an hour with my mum (I didnt carry anything!). Then yesterday I went into town shopping for a couple of hours (Again i didnt carry anything and kept my arms infront of me!!). I sat down last nite and then just thought am I rushing into things? Am i goin to do any damage?
Im not in any pain and am extremely happy with my results which is why I dont want do any damage !!

Listen to your body... It'll soon let you know if you do too much.
If you feel able to and not in any pain then go for it x

Be carefull Georgie.
The anesthetic is still in your body, don't let it fool you into thinking that you're recovering sooner than you actually are x

I was the same as you hun and went shopping a few times in the first week I didn't overdo it and have been fine with my recovery. Your body will tell you if you are doing too much and they tell you to walk to get the circulation going which helps get the drugs out of your system xx
