Upgrade on type of implants offered
Me again! Hope everyone is well today. Just wondering what the benefits are of upgrading on the implants offered at the consultation? If you have upgraded I would be interested to hear why you decided to do it and if its not too cheeky, how much extra you paid at your clinic. Lots of love, Dee xxx

Re: Upgrade on type of implants offered
I could've upgraded to either Allergan Natrelle (extra £450) or Allergan responsive (extra £550). But the surgeon actually advised me not to bother as he didnt see that there would be any benefit?
I had Nagor, Impleo which have a lifetime guarantee, same as the Allergan implants and he said it would make no difference to appearance or feel and that the quality was just as good. So I went with that and am really happy with them.

Re: Upgrade on type of implants offered
I upgraded to Natrelles for £500. My OH wanted me to have them for peace of mind and said an extra £500 in the scheme of things was worth it once he had felt them he said you could tell the difference and he personally wanted me to have them. I agreed and liked the fact that there would be less chance of visible rippling.
I would have been happy to have gone with the cui's though had the Natrelles not been on offer. x

McGhan is just a range of Allergan implants. They are CUI's, are cohesive gel. They're a good implant x
