Hello again! Reading all the messages on the forum it seems like there is an overwhelming euphoria and positive vibe from everyone and I'm just wondering if there is a flip side to the coin at all and if there is anything negative about your BA experience or having new bobbers? Love Dee x ps Thankyou for sharing and I hope I don't bug u all too much with my questions. X

erm, erm..... downsides....well i cant think of many but the one that plays on my mind is when im due for a mammogram, ive heard that its not as easy to detect lumps if you have implants, or theres a possibility of rupturing the implant during the mammogram, but then i worry about everything!! lol x
besides that, i love having my implants, my clothes fit better, ive had more attention from men this year than ive ever had (not that this is the reason i had it done but its still a bonus, lol) and im ten times more confident than i ever was, and now i actually get excited about bikini shopping, hurrah! xx

I would have done some more research into implants, but even after having a rupture, i would still have done it. Best thing i ever did. xx

No regrets. Downside... well, I suppose they'll be the risk of complication.

There are no guarantees that you won't suffer a complication with breast augmentation, but I must say even for those of us that have been through a complication, I personally don't know anybody that regrets having the op in the first place. xx

None - it's the best thing I ever did. I have so much more confidence, clothes look better, I think I'm more in proportion.

Just the risk that you could experience complications really, but thankfully the majority of us will never have any problems.

As for how they look and feel, and make me feel, no regrets at all. xx

The only downside now is that its harder to find clothes that suit/fit my new curves than it was before. because id got used to dressing myself in a certain flattering way and now ive noticed i have less choice of flattering clothes, as in a lot of clothes it makes me look bigger in general, so i have to make sure tops are fitted and not flarey or baggy ever
I dont find it a big problem though, and the benefits far outweigh the downsides

Biggest downside is the risk of complications BUT from someone who actually has a complication I am not having these babies removed, I love them and they are very much part of me now, I will have them replaced if and when but I genuinely don't regret having them done even if it wasn't my idea in the first place (I think I always would have got them done at some point).

I am so much more confident which has encouraged me to go out there meet my Mr Right, get married, have children and set up my own business....I know it might sound extreme BUT seriously the confidence these boobs gave me enabled me to have the confidence to do so many things that normally I would have shied away from. x x x

I find it quite frustrating that I can't find dresses that fit properly now unless they are stretchy material. My normal size won't do up round the back and the bigger sizes hang off my hips.

That said I still have no regrets (and I had complications too).

I don't have one single regret. I suppose the only downsides would be risk of complications and having to have further surgery down the line. Oh and I wish it was free lol but it's worth every penny. My op was the best thing I've ever done.
