What size sports bras??
Obviously surgeons work on CC's rather than sizes and I can't for the life of me remember what size sports bra I got for my first op (13 years ago) I don't even remember how I knew what size to get!!
If we work on the basis I am a 32B without implants (thereabouts) and 310cc's made me a 32d/dd - so 2/3 sizes up and this time I am having 460cc or maybe 500cc I 'should' end up about a 32E or even a little bigger (with any luck) should I buy a sports bras 32E or bigger?????????????? considering I will be swollen?

Re: What size sports bras??
perhaps a 34E to allow for a bit of swelling round your ribs/ so it's not too tight on your scars?
I bought a few and returned all but 1, and bought different ones, just make sure you keep the receipts. xx

Re: What size sports bras??
I would suggest buying a 32E and a bra extender to help with the swelling.

Re: What size sports bras??
I dont know if this helps but i was advised the band size was more important to have bigger than the cup size so as not to rub your scars. Bra extenders are a really good idea, wish i had got one, i might not have needed to get an extra one for post op in a different size xx

Re: What size sports bras??
i asked to be no more than a d and got 2 different style 34d's. that way whichever one i found more comfy i would get a couple more of. ha ha, little did i know that this was far too small and i had to immediately go and buy a 34f (although i would have got a way with the e) i also got a 34e in the other type. as suggested get a few different sizes just in case so you dont have to be so uncomfortable and go rushing out to the shops! not sure if everyone else gets it but i got ALOT of water retention, a stones worth. so you may need to go up a band as well. really annoying isnt it not knowing what size to get and having to spend all this money on bras you will only wear for a few weeks when all you want to do is know your size and buy sexy ones

Yes Vicki you are so right it is rather annoying! I reckon I will buy a 34E and a 34F so up a band and up a band and cup to what I think I will end up! I don't think I will need anything bigger! thanks for your input. x
