The swelling sometime does extend further than just the boobie area, alot of ladies do find their arms pits are sore too and under the bust on the rib area as well.
To help with the itchiness, you could try icepacks or frozen bags of peas/rice wrapped in a towel and placed over your boobs, this is what got me through this phase. xx

Oh yes I had swelling all around my ribs and very sore underarms which kept rubbing on the side of my boobs and was most annoying. But it does go as the swelling goes down, as cookie said cold compresses for the itching and swelling will help
Re: hurtin anyone got pointers?
It should improve soon hun, when the swelling subsides.I found my arms ached from where my new boobs were touching them with them being wider than me ! and i found i was subconciously holding my arms out from my sides!I must have looked a right sight walking like that, but when the swelling had gone down they didn't stick out so much and are now in line with my body x

Hi!!
Hope you are feeling a bit better today!! You will also be feeling internal bruising and everything internal settling into pace. Ice packs and not too much movement and pain meds should help.
Take Care x
