Hey girls I only have three weeks to go before my BA dance Was just wondering is there anything I should be doing ie arnica tablets etc ...... some people say not to eat garlic as this can thin your blood ..... Also did you guys start to panic and thick "are you doing the right thing " ???? Also what size support bra should i buy my surgeon hasn't said Im having 295cc and a very flat 32a at the moment

hey i had mine yesterday and was really worried and thinking is this the right thing to do, but i decided i was unhappy with wha ti had so it had to be done and so far im doing well. i was told not to take any arnica or herbal stuff but depends on company, i have 350 unders from 32aa and wearing a 34c sports bra atm . good luck to you xx

hi tinks. everyone has the wobbles. the whole experience is like an emotional rollercoaster. the rough guide is that 150ccc increases you by 1 cup size. i was wearing a 34b/c and am now in a 34dd sports bra. i was told to take arnica and vit c for 2 weeks before and after but every company advises something different. i got told what to do at my pre op assessment re vitamins etc.

When is your pre op assessment i haven't been given a date for that just been told to attend for my op at 07:00 does this mean i might be first on the list do you think I so hope so xx
