Wonders what the pain will be like
Day one of my BA, had an overnight because i smoked, although i did give up 7 days before i went in.
I am waiting to see if the pain is going to be any worse than it is, because all i have is a bit of stiffness, so i am well pleased if this is all i am going to get pain wise. I had 260cc over's and i reckon i am a 36E

Congratulations,
I too had more discomfort and stiffness, I would say keep on with the painkillers that they have given you though

Re: Wonders what the pain will be like
yay!
i had my BA done at the norwich spire a fortnight ago. yes, the staff are great there. interesting you had to stay overnight because you smoked. i never managed to give up the fags, whoopsie - but i was still a day case.
you might not get any pain at all. my boobs just felt a bit tight and stiff. only thing i had trouble with was getting out of bed for about 3 mornings.
happy healing x x x x

Re: Wonders what the pain will be like
hi all... im a newbie and [apologies to the admins/moderators!) posted my question in the newbie introduction forum! oops!
anyways, im about to have dual plane 340's Nagor GFX on 14 sept. Im very small chested at present (only 34A), athletic, 5'8... my main worry is the post-op pain i will have and am wondering if anyone out there can tell me how they handled partial-unders pain post-op and how long it took them to get back to work.... everywhere i read, its all about how dualplane is more painful than overs and takes much longer to heal! i am panicking!

Congrats on your op Susib xx
My new additions just felt heavy and swollen, not too much pain though but I kept on top of the pain killers xx I think by the end of the 2nd week I was slipping down the bed and was waking up horizontal xx

Re: Wonders what the pain will be like
thanks for the feedback.. most of you say you felt more heaviness/tightness and discomfort/ache than pain, but is that because you had 'overs'?? My question is related to what type of pain to expect post-op in relation to partial-unders (aka dual plane) :pale:
