9 days post op and boyf STILL has touched them!

I've just realised that apart from the odd poke when I had my compression strap on my boyfriend hasn't touched my new additions!!

I mentioned it to him last night and I asked him if he wanted to 'kop a feel' and his response - 'na, I'm ok'. When I asked why he said 'there's no point - I may as well wait until they've softened up' and in anycase, 'i don't wanna hurt you'.

Now I appreciate the fact that he probably doesnt wanna hurt me but I can't help but feel a little disappointed at the same time! I've spent all this money and he doesn't even wanna touch em to see what they're like!!

Anyone else experience this with their boyfriends / hubbies??

my fella was to scared to touch mine to lol now he loves them and is always staring at them to lol men ha just cant figure them out at times!

Beats me!! I'm just surprised as i thought he'd love to get his little mitts in my tits!! talk about a whole new experience for him - he never had much to grab hold of before!! Hysterical

My hubby is exactly the same - I recognise those responses too. He's had the odd poke, but also doesn't want to hurt me, and wants to "wait until they're healed". I keep asking if he likes them and he just says yeh, but he isn't able to get the full benefit yet. He did say he's looking forward to seeing them in a normal bra in 3 weeks. Ah well, I LOVE them and I guess that's all that matters since I'm the one who has to live with them! I'm sure they'll come round eventually - it probably is just early days...

I worry about this too my hubby has been out with some girls prev (many years ago) who had big boobs but he has never fondled fake ones so to speak only seen them in the usual crap blokes look at/watch. I asked him about what he thinks about this and he said he will be happy aslong as I'm happy but thats all the response I got. I think he will be a little squeamish at first as incisions no matter how small are a little off putting and he will probably be scared of hurting me. I can see how you would feel a little disappointed by his lack of enthusiasm but give him a little time to come round hes probably scared of touching you the wrong way and hurting you or doing some damage even though he won't. I'm sure he won't be able to keep his hands off them soon and you will be on here telling us what a pest he is in no time xxxxx

Will also add that OH has had excessive interest in current boobies as he feels he needs to make up for the time he will miss out on not being able to touch them so implying in his mind he won't be copping a feel for a while

So far my 4 year old son is the only male to see/touch them....how sad is that!!

mine was always the same, didnt want to touch incase of hurting them etc. it must just be a man thing give it time when u can when a proper bra and should say he will feel totally different.. xxx

CJA I know how you feel it took my bloke ages to really handle them, he was really reluctant and we would even make love with me in my sports bra and him not touching my DD boobs. Bizarre. I did get quite teary about it at times (but never said a word, I knew he would get there eventually, he is very squeamish about anyting surgical). Don't take it as rejection... he will in his own time. In the end i just wopped em out and pout his hands on em!!! We haven't looked back since ha ha ;) xxx

Cee jay - funny you should say that - my Boyf only just said to me today -- all you've spoken about recently is boobs!! I think he's getting a little fed up with all my boobie talk!!! Only problem is I don't even realise I'm doing it! It doesn't seem to matter what we talk about I aways seem to bring it back to the same subject -- Flash

Hahaha - I can appreciate that....I too have been going on about them to anyone who will listen!!

Maybe you have taken the sexiness out of boobs and they have become more clinical and 'real' as a pose to an object of desire, plus he lived the surgical experience with you ...... he will get there - he is a man afterall!! Stars

My teeth are definately much better!

I now have a blue and purple bruise from my breast bone down the centre of my tummy to my pelvic bone! Odd!!

My hubby touched mine for first time this morning and it was a bit strange as my nipples are so over sensitive at the moment. Really hoping that goes away. There is definitely someone in us talking about them so much they are sick of them and we take the sexiness out of them.

Personally, I don't feel very sexy with the sports bra, dry skin around my boobs etc so not too worried at the moment lol

hi girls ive been there too, with the OH not wanting to touch for fear of hurting them, in the end i just had to pop them out, and wack his hands on em haha... he is still a little funny about touching them, and prefers to look for now haha... alot of it is my fault as im constantly analysing them and looking at them like a surgeon would and asking him if they feel weird or look odd, poor bloke, his head must be spinning... Screwy
