in need of abit of help really, just wondered those girls that have had there first op and then gone bigger second time round if they have noticed much of a difference!! iv got 380cc now and wondered if going in to 460cc plus woul make much a difference!! if there is any girls that have pictures of there first op to second that wouldnt mind sharing, would be a great help, in knowing what i want to acheieve etc.. thanks girlys xxx

I didn't go bigger but did change placements and went up a cup size. Sorry that's not much help - hopefully someone will come along soon with more relevant experience x

can u feel a differnce in placement change?? did they look and feel loads better, i think thats what i need a placement change but will find out for def on 6th september!! was just wondering if to go abit bigger at the same time, but if u gained a cup size from placement change dont no if to bother going bigger!! xxx

I only had my unders for 10 weeks but overs move and behave much more like natural boobs I think. I wouldn't say they are better just different. I can get a better cleavage now. Even thought I went up a cup size with the same implant size its not guaranteed as I know nads stayed the same size when she went from unders to overs. I need to update my pics as I'm not really sure whats on there. Will try and get some recent ones up and pm you the details x

I just went up 140cc and there is a definate difference!!I was a 34B/C with 250cc unders(was 34aa before). With 390cc it I'm wearing D/DD sports bras at the mo but I am only 2 wks post op so not sure what size I will be for sure yet but I can tell already it's a real difference xx
