hi hun :console: ,, congrats on your new additions.

you will still have a lot of swelling so try not to think about how big you are going to be hun and rest, i was in pain for the first week but the meds do help and lots of rest, an ice pack can help too and sleeping propped up with some pillows can reduce swelling.

hi thanks hun x i had 560 and i am takin tramadol 50mg x i find it hard 2 sleep cos i carnt sleep sat up x

congrats on ur new boobies... i was 2 wk post op on the thursday just gone and ive been back to work for a wk now, im feeling great and im sleeping on my sides for a few nites now, whoo hoo...!! lol...!! so just rest chick and take ur meds, u'll be fine in no time.......... xxxx

Hey Dollbaby girl. Totally know what your going through, it was my first night at home last night and I woke up quite a few times in pain. Took the pain killers I've been given and managed to fall asleep at 3 with my trusty frosen peas wrapped up in a couple pillow cases on my chest. Maybe this may help you?

I can't wait to feel 'normal again' feel extremly stiff this morning and my chest is vert tight too and I think that's what I'm finding difficult. That and the strap across the top of my chest is tight but my surgeon seemed to think it was necessary.

hi dollbaby. i was pretty sore for the first few days but it's easing now and am managing no painkillers during the day now and just taking tramadol at night. icepacks are good and just take it easy

Hi hun, I'm sorry to hear you are in pain, did you have unders? you have quite a big implant there. It will get easier, keep on top of your pain medication and don't let it wear off. I don't think you will go down in bra sizes hun, you will probably just go down a band size after swelling has gone

definately stay on top of the meds. that was the best advice i got. also, ice packs were awfully uncomfortable so i had my OH get bags of frozen peas...they conform to your new boobies much better than stiff ole ice packs. sleep lots - that how you heal - and i bet you'll be better in no time. it goes fast! good luck sweetie!

The pain usually kicks in at its worst at around 3 days post-op hun when the swelling will be at it's worst. but they do settle over the next couple of days and after a week you're usually able to start getting yourself back to normal hunni, as has been suggested, be sure to take pain meds on time and ice packs are a god send! xx
