Well I had my first consulltation with a surgeon yesterday and it's all been confirmed I do need an uplift. I'm a little worried about the scars and also I don't want definite rounded boobies. I would like them to look as natural as possible with my clothes off (is this possible??)
I was recommended unders and a 285cc implant taking me from a 'c' cup to a d/dd (these are all surgeon sizes, heard they can differ to when you buy bras)
I would love to hear your opinions on which type of implants and if your happy to show me some pics I would really appreciate it.

anatomicals will give you the more natural shape,
i had 450cc unders and no one has ever noticed i had them done,

I thought this but a ps I saw yesterday said anatomicals wouldn't give me the fullness that I wanted. I've still got 2 more companies to see so I'll see what they recommend too.
