Bra Help
i'm rather annoyed, i work at a gym and I have the BEST sports bra ever which i bought at work, does up at the front, sooooo comfy and supporting. HOWEVER, they've decided to sell all of them and not restock.
so i was wondering, where did everyone buy their post surgery bra from. Is it right i should go up a band width for it? Is a support bra ok or does it defo need to be a sports bra??
And how long do we have to keep that on for on average?? x

Re: Bra Help
Hi, I brought a Shock absorber and a couple sports bras from M&S ( I wouldnt actually want to wear the M&S ones to do sport in but good for after BA, they are a couple that are quite nice looking). I didnt bother buying a bigger band width as wanted to use them after (if they fit) so just brought a bra extender.

Re: Bra Help
Hello renz
I got shock absorber bras from Debenhams. one from marks and Spencer, also two 'Royce' post surgery bras from Figleaves online. They have silver in the fabric to enable healing (so it states) they were soo comfy especially for sleeping front fastening and velcro straps.
I got a band and cup size bigger, but you can also get bra extenders which some girls say are very good - I think from La senza, or ebay. Happy shopping - and look forward to doing it all again in a few weeks
Oh nearly forgot I was informed to
1. sports bra day and night for six weeks
2. then a further six weeks night only
