Would you do it again?
I was talking to my sister the other day and i said i would definately do my boob job all over again quite easily, i did have a great experience and recovery maybe thats why. But i also enjoyed waiting for my ba in a weird way, the anticipation/nerves/excitement was great! () and i loved going on consults, making rice boobs and i kind of miss all of that now!
How do you girls feel? Are you glad its over or do you miss it?

Re: Would you do it again?
I would... that's part of the reason I made this forum. I loved all the research and seeing surgeons even when at first I thought it was just for fun and I'd never be able to afford a BA.
Now I get to live the excitement of all the girls on here (sad I know )

IDK it was like the best sleep ever and i had no side effects.
I remember Jordan saying she makes the anaethetist push the GA in really slowly cos she loves the feeling!
Re: Would you do it again?
Yeah i saw her say that, i think its madness  It didnt feel like a sleep to me, i wasnt in my nice warm cosy bed lol & dont think the anaesthesist was that gentle, the cannular **naughty word** hurtttt & then I went to sleep, its a weird thing! x

Re: Would you do it again?
They couldnt find a vein for a while on me as i was dehydrated but it didnt hurt that bad, i guess it depends on the person doin it, plus they were making me laugh loads lol xxx
Re: Would you do it again?
Would you really switch to overs Nads? Would that be an option once your skin is all stretched then? Don't forget how different yours are going to be in another couple of months, as it takes a good 3 months for unders to settle.
I'm so used to cannulas after having my kids, don't think I'll care about that bit. I've had so many that I know where to request it - in my forearm, as it always hurts in my hand!
I remember about the lovely sleep thing...when I had my wisdom teeth out I remember feeling really annoyed when they brought me round, as it felt like someone had woken me up from a really deep sleep in the middle of the night. I kept thinking, please let me fo back to sleeeeeeep!

Re: Would you do it again?
I guess you're right hun, they have got alot of changes to go through, if they become much squishier/can be squished together i'll be happy! I guess after having some kids i dont know what they'll be like but if they're fine i wouldnt change them x
Me too!
Just wanted to add that I loved being put to sleep too!!! I loved the feeling of getting really sleepy and hearing voices just fading way and I remember my eye lids getting really heavy but I was trying to keep them open for as long as possible cos I didn't want them to think Id gone to sleep before I really had!!! I also enjoyed waking up, probably because I felt brilliant and was chatting away to the nurses about completly random things lol, in fact I felt drunk, I loved it!!!!
So yeah I think Id do it all again, but second time round Id like to not be bloated and put on weight from the GA!!!!

Re: Would you do it again?
Oh Yes!!!!!
I cant say I had time to get excited and enjoy it - plus I had different means of transport to use to get to London, flights, cabs, trains etc. which was tiring on return. I think I simply went through the motions.
Too concerned with making the best decisions for me at the time. The op did'ent scare me - just the boobs!!! and yes I guess you could get drunk cheaper!!!!!
I believe I am probably dealing with the feelings and emotions now, think I thought it was something personal and I had'ent found BJS then. I'll do it for anyone who's scared

Re: Would you do it again?
Mmm... I also loved the reasearch and the excitement build up... the GA didn't bother me either way, I wasn't scared and I was out in a second so the feeling was neither pleasant nor unpleasant! I think if I had kids or they sagged for other reasons I wouldn't have a problem doing it again, money permitting! And I would go bigger the second time around as this first time I was scared of going too big, now I like the size but i can see how slightly bigger wouldn't look bad at all :P xxx

Re: Would you do it again?
I would only do it again if I had to, if anything went wrong with them.
I don't like having a GA at all. It makes me panic slightly as that feeling comes over me, like I'm losing control. Also I feel really out of it afterwards, and I don't like that either. After the GA for my boobs, I got extremely hot and had to be fanned down. I don't know if that's a bad thing ... getting hot after GA ... curious now!!
Anyway, if right now, I didn't have boobs, I would definitely do it, but no way did I really enjoy the experience!!

Re: Would you do it again?
I think I was shocked that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I expected to be bruised like a peach and in soooo much pain, but the pain was bearable and I wsn't bruised at all.
I'd definately do it again. Maybe in 10-20 years time if I need to replace them. Same size, same placement.

That was the same with me they couldnt find a vein..It took them ages.. They had to tie this thing around my arm and make me clench and open my fist..At one point I thought they were gonna turn me away because of it lol
