My implants are too small (Gutted)
use this site and where to put my question so I apologise if I have sent
I this email to the wrong place. I am 2 weeks post op tomorrow and I
can honestly say I think I have had the boobie blues. I think I have
made a huge mistake and gone too small. I was a 34A and had 360cc
implants. I was going to have 390 or 400 but changed my mind as I was
getting so much other advice of other girls and I got frightened. My
boyfriend was right all along he said I should have stuck with my first
choice but I felt very scared about being too big as I go the gym and am
a size 10. I am seeing my surgeon on Thursday for the first time and I
am hoping that he measures me as a D cup. I feel I am more a C and I
will be so disappointed if that is the case. Everyone says its looks
good on me and I look in proportion but I only wnted to do this once and
I feel like I have made a big expensive mistake. Will my boobs get
bigger once they drop and fluff? Also a good bra will enhance my look I
hope. I need reassurance and I am inpatient so can anyone give me some
advice. Thanks sarah

Re: My implants are too small (Gutted)
Hi hun, there is no guarentee they will get bigger, but the way your boobs look now will not be how they look a few months down the line. You have many changes to come and I know it's really hard to be patient, but it can take months rather than weeks to see these changes.
Re: My implants are too small (Gutted)
Oh sweetheart C'mere
Your surgeon won't measure you on your next consultation babe, this is done when you go for a bra fitting on the advice of your surgeon, usually around the 6 weeks mark when your boobs have had some time to settle.
At two weeks post op hun, you still have lots of changes ahead, having unders your muscle will be holding back the implant and the skin will be stretched taut across the implant, as both relax, the breast will take on a different shape, you'll see it also fills a bra out differently to now as the breast also drops - Just give it some time hun, you really are early days in your recovery and as misf1 said, what you have now, isn't at all what your boobs will not be how they look 3 months from now hun. xxx

Re: My implants are too small (Gutted)
I now understand its a waiting game. I still have bandages on so once they come off I will be able to see them properly and hope to be pleasantly suprised. I listened to so many people who have naturally large breast and they were the ones who made me change my mind. Just wished what I know now I knew before surgery. oh well I'm going to stop worrying now and try and enjoy and make the most of what I have as they are more than my 34A's. Thanks again. Hubster

I had 260cc unders (was A cup) and was convinced today that they were a B-C cup so i went to get measured and am a 30DD so do not despair hubster mine got bigger at about 3 weeks when they started settling so try not to stress too much at this early stage babe

I need to be patient by the sounds of everyones advice. Do you get measured differently depending on where you go? I so hope I am a D a DD will be a massive bonus. I hope the D&F fairy comes to my house, ha ha. Do you where push-ups to enhance the look?

Stop worrying, you will D&F over the next few months. I'm same as fluffybunny, i had 295cc overs and went from a 32b to a 32dd/e!! But i think i look more like a d. Give your boobs time to settle. Try to enjoy the whole process. You'll end up a good size. x

You will grow to love them even if you still wished they were bigger!

Re: My implants are too small (Gutted)
Hi girls just tolet you know I had my first check-up yesterday. All went well dressing removed apart from the small plasters where the incision was. One has healed better than the other but he didnt seem too concerned although he didnt let me have a look which did worry me. I didnt get measure as one said I would'nt but am feeling more positive and looking forward to my new boobs. Everyone has given me much more confidence re getting bigger and taking shape so thanks to you all. Cant wait to get out of this sports bra its really driving me mad as I have absolutely no look in it and I'm now getting sores. Any advice girls I really need a nice bra seeing as I have to be in one for another 4-6 weeks. cheers Hubster x

Re: My implants are too small (Gutted)
Good to read you're feeling more positive!
Which sorts bra are you using hun? and where are you sore?

Re: My implants are too small (Gutted)
The only sports bra I can wear ALL day with no soreness anywhere is the Royce Post Surgery Bra, so not really a sports bra!! Oh, and the Z-bra was fab too but I outgrew their size range pretty early on!!
Agree with the others - wait and see. I bought a 32F bra a week and a bit ago and my boobs have grown just enough since to leave slight indentations where the material goes across my boob ( more so on left!!) so I need a 32G in that style already.
What you see now will change xx
