Re-op needed for CC

Hi there Girls

First of all please can I apologise for not being an active participant lately on this fabulous forum. I have followed all of your stories and been thinking of you all, those who are waiting for surgery, those of you who have just had your op and you old timers (haha) like myself who have inspired me throughout my journey.
I have been going through a bit of a rough patch recently, as i have been unhappy with my boobs and just couldnt bring myself to comment on any of your posts as I was so negative with in my own situation. So to cut a long long story very short, I was finally diagnosed with CC in my right boob today BUT believe it or not, I am now feeling very positive that all will be A OK and after seeing my PS today, who didnt exactly inspire confidence in me when I saw him in FEB (another long story) I truly think I will end up with quite a nice pair of .
I had with me today for moral support, a very special lady. She was the person that came to mind when I returned from my last consult in FEB, and who I wanted to accompany me on this visit. She totally understands how I feel, she has been through a lot herself! She gives excellent advice, and is one of the most gentlest, caring, supportive women I have ever had the privelage to meet, she is our one and only COOKIE . I could go on and on about all her virtues, but after getting to know her a lot more today, I know she would be totally embarrassed as she is so down to earth and is such a genuine girl.

Anyways, the outcome of todays consult is I will have another app with Mr S prob sometime end of Oct or beginning of Nov and will decide then when to have my re-op. I am going away the 1st week in Sep and then again in Oct so dont want to be wearing my sports bra then. (not forgetting OUR big night out in Oct)
I look forward now to getting back in the swing of things and keeping in touch with you all.

Really happy for you that you're getting your re-op babe, your face was a picture when Mr S said he could do it tomorrow for you! haha.

It was lovely to meet you again, funny isn't it how comfortable two strangers can be one with another, felt like I'd known you my whole life!

Make sure if you having a 'down day' which can happen in the run up to a re-op hunni, or if you just want to air your feelings or a simple chat that you come and chat with us, we're all here for you hun and will be there to hold your hand through the whole thing. xxx

Sorry to hear you need to have a re-op Breasticles but pleased you plucked up the courage to get it sorted.
